Check in was easy and receptionist very helpful. The breakfast was delicious and waitress was very nice, she was there in the evening for the bar and in the morning.

Excellent location, with forecourt parking. Only 5 minutes walk to town and few minutes walk to lovely local restaurant: Bisonte Roja( booking advised).
Very good breakfast: hot food could be ordered to complement a variety of cold options. .

Bath as well as shower is ideal.
The house has 5 sleeping rooms, kitchen, sittingroom, a sheltered terrasse in a beautiful garden with lemon trees, flowers, a pool for turtles, a pool with fishes etc. The garden is a paradise. The neighbourhood with well maintained, partly very old houses is peaceful with no disturbance. Walking i Novales with very old houses and the green surroundings is like moving in a fairytale. We visited many places in Cantabria going by car.
Everything... the food in particular, especially the breakfast was delicious and with enough choice for all people. Please see past the 1 Star rating... it should be at least 4 Star.

It is combined: hotel & restaurant. They both interacted perfectly. The staff members are wonderful people. Over all, it is a fine combination. Best we have ever seen.
