Room was clean, quiet and comfortable. Mixed views on staff. One chef was very rude and dismissive of query re food. But dealt with extremely professionally by Jose.

The hotel is located on the main street of Granada and is also a short walk to Plaza Isabella where many buses will bring you up to the St Nicholas look out point and also to Alhambra. It is also walking distance to the eating areas making it easy to look for dinner. Same stuff for breakfast.

Building was beautiful and when we arrived we were greeted by laura who was lovely and very helpful. Views from our room were really good of the alhambra and room was lovely with some wonderful gifts left for us.

This place is not for people who want a Dubai-style 'luxury' hotel with a fake marble walk-in shower or rows of freebie shower gels. It is perfect for romantics. The view is enough to make you gasp - a row of arched windows looking out over Granada straight to the Alhambra and, to the right, views to the Cathedral. Absolutely magnificent. A huge, spectacular room, the balcony entirely private and not overlooked by anyone or anything. You can sit in the evening and watch the dusk and the moon rise over one of the most beautiful places on earth. A perfect central location. Comfortable seating areas in the huge room, as well as charming seating areas in the rest of the historic building, which is centred by a beautiful Renaissance open-air courtyard. Really personable decor and a very nice guy in charge.

Fantastic value for money, great large Room with a fridge and microwave, really clean and so near to bars and restaurants, only downside was the internet was not good in our room, could get it downstairs in the foyer, reported it so hopefully they could sort it, definitely use this place again
