I like the most the location, just next to the pozas.

The owner promised me a bath tub and a floor fan. The listing states "Bath or Shower". It was made VERY clear that I NEED a bath tub, not a shower because I suffer from the skin disease psoriasis. Imagine my dismay to find no bath tub and the owner had no sympathy, only anger. Before arriving he asked me to book privately and cancel my booking.com booking, for a reduction of £400, so I think he knew perfectly well that I would not be happy. On arriving we noticed a strong smell of cigarettes in the "NON SMOKING" apartmentos. We had to keep the windows open the whole time. Later we found a cigarette butt under the bin. The flat was dirty, from the kitchen counters to the microwave, and someone else's used sanitary towel in the bathroom bin. When I went to find some bleach and floor cleaner, I was accused of stealing!!! Fancy that, you are cleaning his flat and he calls you a thief!!! He would not give a refund so we could go elsewhere, so we had to make the best of it. The listing on here also states that cleaning products are provided and that there is a washing machine. The washing machine is NOT in the apartment, but you are sharing it with the cleaning staff and everyone else. It is in an apartment which has not been renovated yet. There was a tumble drier, which looked broken, and he asked me to dry my washing on the line, which as you might guess, was also shared with the cleaning lady, and full of bed sheets. We went shopping, and tried to cook a meal, only to discover that the kitchen equipment was lacking. Tiny pans not large enough even to fry a fish fillet, and lacking basic items such as a mixing bowl, cheese grater, peeler, bread knife. I asked for these, but none arrived, and the same for the floor fan. Eventually I shamed him into providing these things by putting up a poster asking to buy or borrow them. Arnedillo is a very small town, with nowhere to buy kitchen equipment.
