A gorgeous hotel with an excellent restaurant. The truffle tasting menu (75€ per person) is spectacular.

Lovely rural hotel. The staff were very nice and we enjoyed a delicious and reasonably priced dinner. The bedroom was large and very quiet. We would stay again.

We researched the place. The castle is worth a visit.
We researched the place. The castle is worth a visit. The church is wonderful, but listen for the bells if you want to visit. They will ring on a long oral if there is going to be a service. A trip around the nearby towns through the wonderful countryside is recommended.

A lovely base to explore a fascinating area.
Definitely coming back and planning on 1-2 days in this area.
Winter must be hectic with skiing tourism but summer was relatively fresh and cool.
Great castle, town, people, food and stunning nature walks

Beautiful area, lots to see and do. Excellent food.
Beautiful area, lots to see and do. Excellent food. There are plenty of places nearby to swim on a hot day, and plenty of nature if you want to get away. The only downside, I would say, is that some of the restaurants are a bit pricey.

The staff were brilliant and a real credit to the hotel. Answered every question in a friendly manner. We were also allowed a late checkout which meant my young son could enjoy the pool and activity area one last time. Really can't praise the staff enough. The restaraunt staff were great. The food was a good standard. And the cleaning staff were very friendly and quiet. I would say it was a very quiet hotel despite the nice from the bar. Very good. Keep it up. Thanks for the lovely stay.
This was a good budget hotel. A bit dated but perfectly ok. The balcony with views of the mountains was really nice. They allow dogs in the rooms only, so they’re not allowed in the bar or restaurant area. For us, thankfully, it was a sunny morning and so we could eat breakfast on the terrace. The staff were helpful in that they insisted they carried our food out for us.
It’s quite basic. We were there in low season so very quiet. It’s clean and correct but nothing more. We had dinner in the restaurant and were not impressed. Breakfast is definitely not worth 13 euros. A big disappointment was that our 11 year old was not allowed to enter the spa (age limit 12) despite the hotel being half empty.
