The accommodation was exceptional. You could be put off by the 7 mile drive up a very windy road and then another mile on a track to get to it but don't be.
The room was very clean and very well presented.
Despite us not speaking Cataluña or Spanish and the owner not speaking English we got by using Google translate.
The food was excellent. We had the evening meal and breakfast and Montse (the owner) certainly knows how to cook.
If you want to get away from "it all" this is the place.
We also loved Nicolas & Matilda. The owners dogs. So friendly and so well behaved.

The apartment was beautiful and nice furnished, we didn't miss anything in it, and along with the trips we took, it perfectly complemented our experience of visiting Prades and its surroundings. I liked everything, from the drive up the mountain and the first view of the village. The welcome at reception the food was delicious and the wine very good and locally sourced. The views from our balcony were fantastic. I regret not staying longer. The staff were very friendly, they spoke some English but mainly Catalun and forgave my poor attempts at the language. I hope to have the chance to stay here again.
