I stayed in a single room on my drive down to Madrid from Barcelona. I arrived a little later than the check in hours but Yolanda was kindly waiting for me and gave me a very thorough tour during the check in. For the price the room had everything I needed and a private bathroom. There is also access to a huge kitchen and dining area as well as a lounge area which would be lovely for longer stays. Parking was free in front of the Albergue and it was very quiet and peaceful!

The house was an absolute delight. It’s in a very quiet street and only a five minute stroll to the magnificent monastery. It had everything we could possibly need and we were very grateful for the milk, fruit and freshly baked cake provided for us by our lovely host.
Communication was excellent and Ilmaria was there waiting at the arranged time.
