Lovely small private hotel, modern and super clean. Very friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast was very good and fresh (including homemade cake and good coffee). Pool is small but refreshing.

This beautiful hotel in a wonderful Menorcan town far exceeded our expectations. Without exception all the staff were wonderful and could not be more helpful. We would not hesitate for one second to either return or recommend. The location had everything. Great restaurants and bars, delightful people and super relaxing.
We travelled with friends and no one could find any points where the standards slipped. Probably the best ‘boutique’ hotel we have stayed in. Nothing was too much trouble. Tomeau is a star!

The hotel was exceptionally clean , rooms very modern and bed extremely comfortable. It’s a small walk from a beautiful beach with crystal clear blue water. There are a lot of steps down too beach but the hotel provides a free bus . Food was excellent , and any special diets catered for on request . Staff were fantastic , always cheerful , helpful . Would recommend visiting Fornells a lovely harbour , with nice shops , restaurants etc . Bus from near the hotel ., staff provided times etc

I wanted to see locations in the middle of the Island. Loar Ferreries is a very good hotel to view these locationis.
Moreover they had a booklet that gave me some suggestions.
They have two swimming pools and a jacuzzi; outdoor is on the roof; indoor is near the restaurant; this you would not expect of a hotel in the city center, but is was very nice.

- the swimming pools! The kids one is great for younger children and the larger one is huge and perfect for the whole family to enjoy.
-kikkoland (kids play area) is a large area with so many activities for the kids to enjoy. You can choose to drop your kid off there or stay and play with them. There is a bouncy castle, a mini soft play with slides and ball pit, playground, arts and crafts, giant building bricks and a special baby area with swings and toys for younger children. This area is hugely under-advertised and such a pro for families with young children.
- las basilicas restaurant was our favourite. We.have stayed at multiple family hotels now and this is definitely the best buffet. The fresh pasta and pizza every night was delicious..
- we hired a buggy for the whole week for 15 euros
- there was an onsite doctor. He came within 5 minutes of us calling him to see both our children who needed antibiotics.
- there is a handy tunnel for access to the beach
- evening entertainment. The most popular kids disco we have seen and some fun shows such as acrobats and magic bubbles.
- I also want to add the hotel must have taken into account the reviews that stated knives were kept in low down drawers. They had installed a knife rack up high in the kitchenette so my toddler just played with the recycling bins rather than the knives.
- not too noisy. Some family hotels have loud music playing all day. This wasn't the case. There was the odd loud aqua aerobics class but it wasn't long and the music was very fun.
We would recommend it to friends.

Small and beautiful hotel in the center, close to the free parking. Right next to the entrance, on the ground floor, there was a coffee/tea machine and free water. In our room it was a small fridge. Self-checking.

Close by there was a small supermarket and a cafe which was good for breakfasts and drinks. Es Mercadel was also convenient to the larger area
Arenal d'en castell. A short walk we were there with its lovely beach, bars and restaurants.

A clean well equipped villa in a quiet location in what seemed to be a residential area only 3-4 mins walk from the beach and local facilites including a supermarket. The beach is large and clean and feels very safe with young families and older folk. All considerate. The locals are friendly and helpful. The food and wine are cheap. Fish dishes excel. Avoid the snack bar sitting on its own at one end of the beach - service verges on hostile and the octopus we got for 20 Euros was literally 2 mouthfuls - most unpleasant experience. But otherwise can't fault the restaurants. Not a location for those wanting action and nightlife.

Little quiet place, nice people, not near the sea but the sea reachable within 10/15 minutes...It is a problem if you have no transport because taxis are expensive...and buses are not always running.
The hotel is in the very heart of Es Mercadal. Rooms are big (both standard and junior suite), and super clean.
Breakfast is really good, you can find options for all tastes: salty, fruits, pastries, etc.
The staff is really kind and available for all requests and recommendations. The hotel also provides sun umbrellas to go to the beach.
Even if the hotel does not have parking space, we did not face any problem parking in the surroundings during our stay in august (peak period).
If I come to Menorca again, I’ll stay here for sure!
The town location was convenient being in the middle of the island and the town is charming. The hotel was nice having only a few rooms. It was pleasant and clean but nothing beyond that, which was disappointing since the reviews are so high, we expected something more special / attentive touches etc. due to only having 6 rooms, you have the opportunity to more easily make the effort to make a stay special.
The staff! We had the best holiday thanks to Leon, Paqui and Raul. The hotel is located in a very convenient location in the middle of the island, making the daily commute time to the beach easier. The rooms were beautiful and the breakfast was delicious.
