Very nice hotel with very professional and helpful receptionists. I was afraid of the past comments but I experience the opposite of some bad reviews I read. The hotel was so much better than I imagined.

Our room was not spacious, but it was satisfactory. There was shampoo/shower gwl in the bathroom as well as blow dryer. The pool is pretty big and deep (1,40-2.85 m), the buffet goes from 8-13:30 which is PERFECT and there is a lot to choose from, the canteen is pretty big; they keep restocking the food and the tables. The reception is avaliable 24/7 and there's a bar in the lobby that is also open long (maybe even 24/7? I don't know about that). The gym is small but satisfactory for a holiday. The location of the hotel is good; its in a big touristy area, so there are many shops and minimarkets nearby, many restaurants to choose from, the sea is a 3-5 minute walk away. Bus that goes to the airport has a stop right in front of the hotel, there are other bus stops 5 mins away (for buses that go to Palma or to the other direction, and the intercity buses). Overall very nice.
Set overlooking the sea, this hotel is only a short walk away from Ca’n Pastilla beach. It is only 100 metres from the bus stop that takes you to Palma city centre.

There was a lot of selection for a person who is not a Coeliac but there was hardly any gluten free options theres was no gf bread intolerant to dairy and there was no almond milk. I did communicate this when I was making my reservation through booking.com. A bit disappointing.
Js Palma Stay Adults Only is just 80 metres from Mallorca’s C’an Pastilla Beach. The complex features 1 outdoor pools, 1 indoor pool, a sun terrace, gym, and a spa with a sauna.
Quiet area with two hotels and a few restaurants.
Good bus service to Arenal and Palma - we were there in early Oct and was full and standing every time so would imagine a bit of a nightmare in summer.
Mhares Beach Club nice but empty because prices are ridiculous for a sunbed - between €45 and €200 a day. Shame really because we would have used if reasonable.

Got poisoned with hotel restaurant food very last day of our trip. Staff in reception very poor and not really helpful... I asked for late check-out when we arrived and I was told that I need to ask for it very last day. When I asked for it last day, receptionist told me that they can't give me late check-out. As we was traveling with baby we needed our baby to sleep in the room at lunch time. Also our baby was sick. So after long convertation we got late check-out for extra 30€, and I was told that this is big exception.... awfull...
Proper beach is only in Palma. So you need go with a bus around 20mins to Palma.
Wouldn't recommend it fo friend, as there is nothing to do at all...
However, food was nice enough, restaurant staff was really nice and helpful at all times, rooms and all hotel was really clean and tidy.
