This is a quirky hotel with excellent facilities and friendly, helpful staff. It has separate areas in the restaurant and separate pools for adults only. One of these areas by the rooftop pool is a lovely space to relax with great views.
We had a problem that meant we could not get our scheduled flight home. The staff were very understanding and accommodating and booked us an extra night no problem.
The buffet restaurant was standard for this type of hotel, but the choice and quality were superb.
There is a courtesy bus down to the beach area, which runs every 30 mins.

Los Christianos is a tourist village full of tourist shops and restaurants which cater for the, mainly English, tourists. We were glad to stay at the end of it so it was relatively quiet but if you want to go for hikes and nature...look for another village/town. Los Christianos is all food and clubs, nothing authentic Canarian.

It was a very pleasant base with excellent public transport links and local shopping.
The beach is lovely and well sheltered and maintained. Lots of reasonably priced bars and restaurants.
As a single woman travelling alone I always felt very safe.
This apartment was very well equipped. The kitchen had nice cookware and plenty of dishes. The hosts provided plenty of towels to include beach towels. There were extra blankets in every room and plenty of storage space for our suitcases and clothes. The hosts were very responsive. The microwave did not work and when I informed them of this they came and took a look at it right away and replaced it the same day. Excellent service. If we are lucky enough to make it back to Tenerife we will be staying here again!
Very central location, close to Los Cristianos beach but also to the bus station to reach any destination in Tenerife! Amazing terrace with a view on Los Cristianos. Accommodative and flexible host, very precise instructions to check in, super clean apartment with brand new furniture and fully equipped kitchen. Comfortable bed and opportunity to use the swimming pool of the residence.
Absolutely recommended, look forward to choose Sunny Summerland again my next time in Tenerife!

-the bed was very big (maybe bigger than kingsize)
-the couch was also cosy and quite big
-they were cleaning everyday (I mention it because in other 4* hotels there may not be daily cleaning)

-tasty food (even if it was poor variety, maybe due to pandemia)

We must be into double figures stopping in this hotel as it is our preferred choice. Yes, it's up a hill but it's not as steep as some people make oi!! "it is just far enough away from the hustle and bustle so benefits from peace and quiet. We stayed in an ample sized 1 bed apart, but having previously stayed in a studio,can recommend them to? Staff were great, especially Francesca and Daniel and we are already booked in for June

Great location on the beach, with everything you need close by. Cafés, restaurants and an ATM are just a step outside and shopping just around the corner. There are no disturbances for those who want an early night, as the surrounding bars and cafés were usually quiet by 10 PM. There are some short and easy hikes you can take straight from the hotel.
the stay was fantastic, the apartment was very clean and really welcoming! Anastassia greeted us with a huge smile and was very kind and helpful towards us. I wish everyone to find such a clean apartment with all the necessary conditions.
next year if I have to return to Tenerife I will return to Los Cristianos in that apartment, because it is close to the sea, the bus station, supermarkets and much more
Location is perfect. in center of Los Cristianos and walking distance to all places of interest. Great beach just 7 min walking. Apartment is completely new, just like on photos. all very functional. Host is welcoming and responsive. Best place to stay in this area. After staying in different apartments, this one is far the best (even others were good) and we will book it for our next stay as well….

The structure is big and not in the noice area. Nice swimming pool and good breakfast with good choices. Easy to find a parking outside (no parking inside) and 5' by car from the center. Perfect location to visit several attractions in tenerife and south airport 12/15 min max from the hotel

High standard of apartments in the Los Cristianos area of Tenerife. My room was comfortable, well equipped and comfortable. Bars, restaurants and the beach are all within a short walk. I found the staff helpful and friendly. I'd easily base myself here again if needed.

Lovely traditional 20/30’s Canarian style decor- small hotel right in the heart of Los Cristianos with all its amenities. Even had paper roses on the loo rolls! ☺️Staff lovely and helpful.

Room size is perfect, like that in apartment was two bathrooms. I really like staff, very pleasure humans. Pool is perfect and clean, enough places to lay down near it. Breakfast was very tasty, big choice. I really like hotel location.
Here on a layover after visiting the volcano in La Palma so probably not the clientele this hotel is aimed at. but the bed was comfy and the water pressure was great. Pool area seemed nice if that's your thing.
