The only thing we liked about our stay was the staff. They were friendly and helpful.
When we were leaving on the second day, they asked if we wanted the bathroom cleaned. However, no questions were asked about room cleaning. However, when we returned the bathroom was clean which was nice.

Old style 5 star hotel, very opulent. Formal, but very friendly. Staff lovely. Car parking available via underground car park - on street parking would be virtually impossible.
Reminded us a bit of The Overlook hotel from The Shining, but it didn't have a bad feeling at all.
