The location was very central with easy access to a lovely gazebo overlooking the Roman bridges over the river. We went to do stargazing and since it was a rural town near the gazebo was a very nice area to stargaze being not overwhelmed by city lighting. The whole town is very quiet and peaceful.

Incredible experience! The owners are very helpful and great persons. Accepting pets with a big care without extra paying. The room is very comfortable and has everything that you need. Great shower with good water pressure. Delicious meals in the restaurant. Beautiful nature and sceneries around.

The peace and quiet, the history of how Antonio gave the building some TLC, and the ground itself that the building is on. We enjoyed watching the wildlife and the friendly Magpie who came and sat on my shoulder and shared a biscuit with me. We loved the owls flying over at night, such a pleasure to watch while sitting under a tree. We also liked Antonio who seems to get a bad rap, he was friendly, informative and although he sold us the most expensive items on his menu, along with the most expensive wine we enjoyed it all (and to be fair, you can always say no and choose something cheaper if you wish, but we asked for recommendations and he gave them) along with the story that went with it, we liked the map of the area and the details he explained to us. The food was delightful and we really loved the steak and the ragu - thanks Antonio, we will return on our next trip to the North!

The hotel had good parking outside, the facilities were good and the menu excellent. I do not speak Spanish but the staff were patient and attentive
A really nice guest house (like staying in an old English pub), with cosy bedrooms and run by extremely nice people. The restaurant and service could not be faulted and the location was at the top of the hill in the medieval town of Ledesma.
