We liked the rural experience of a small town location but still close to Granada. The house and apartment was really authentic, cosy patio made up for a tiny living room.

Perfect location when you have a car, tasty dinner, nice staff, helpful owners, romantic scenery, swimming pool was very clean and big enough. Lots of possibilities around( with a car). We wish to come back.

Lovely historic building which still retains many elegant features, like the terrace out the front, many big wooden doors and beautiful floor tiles. Great swimming pool area with lots of relaxing space.
Value for money.
A welcoming, intimate hotel blessed by a stunning mountain backdrop and situated in Lanjarón, not far from the centre and the towns well-known spa.

The walls are thin so you can hear your neighbors talking, it is good if you don't understands what they are talking about :-) Air is amazing and sleeping was the best in my life, after the guests in the next room stop talking. Location is great, the hotel in the center of the Lanjaron , everything is super close, public swimming pool, restaurants, souvenir shops, grocery shop, the amazing hot "churros" bakery. My full recommendation for this little hotel. In spite the fact that the hotel hasn't got its own parking, there is a fine free parking place nearby.
Hotel Nuevo Palas features a seasonal outdoor swimming pool, fitness centre, a restaurant and bar in Lanjarón. With free WiFi, this 3-star hotel offers room service and a 24-hour front desk.

Lecrin is a quiet, Spanish village (not 'town-sized' by UK standards) with a handful of bars and restaurants, a lovely butchers shop with deli, a couple of small supermarkets and a very small bakery hidden away on a back street. There are a couple of free parking areas off the main street, but you're unlikely to be able to park directly outside your rental property. There are lots of lovely walks there and in neighbouring villages in the Valle de Lecrin, so you can stroll through orange, lemon and olive groves, or climb on easy paths for gorgeous views across the valley. Despite being quiet, Lecrin is also very close to the coast to Granada motorway - we could see the traffic but rarely hear it and birdsong was far more audible. The motorway means it is 30 minutes drive to Granada, the Sierra Nevada or the Alpujarras hills and similar to Salobrena and Motril on the coast. It also puts a good, large Mercadona supermarket less than 10 minutes drive away.
