The owner was very nice and helpful in retrieving my luggage when it hadn't arrived. Clean and comfortable room. Washer and dryer on site was great. A great location to stay on the camino making for a short walk into Santiago.

This little hotel has rooms above the cafe/bar. There are about 28 steps to carry your gear up, but not too bad. Checkin is at the bar. The folks who manage and run this place are exceptionally nice and friendly. Meals are ok, not great, not bad. The Camino Frances crosses the highway about a hundred yards from the hotel. There is a bus stop less than 1/4 away where bus ride to either the airport, or into Santiago (the train station) only costs 1 euro. I chose to take a taxi to the airport, and offered a taxi driver five euro. In less than ten minutes he dropped me off. I would stay here again.

Friendly and helpful staff. Good tapas and wine, breakfast was excellent and included with room.
Located on the Camino de Santiago Pilgrimage Route, Hotel San Vicente is near the AP-9 Motorway and 5 minutes' drive from central Santiago and Santiago Airport.
The airport can be reached on foot or by bus.
Pleasant if the flight leaves very early.
A small bar and restaurant is nearby and also has an evening menu for 16 euros, large salad, fish with potatoes, a drink + a small dessert.
Three of us were on Camino and this hotel is in the distance of 10km to Santiago de Compostela. Perfect for us! The facility is new and clean and close to restaurants. The owner was very kind and caring and gave us good information to register for getting QR code to get credential beforehand, which we didn’t know. The bathroom has towel rack to dry small items. They have small kitchen area and also coin operated washing machine which provide detergent itself. It was helpful since we didn’t carry laundry detergent with us.
For the price, the hotel is exceptional. The rooms are very clean, they clean them every day, change towels, replenish shampoo, and make sure everything is perfect.
- the bus stop is right in front of it. Costs 1 EUR to go to Santiago center, and 1 EUR back. Takes 30 minutes. 6 EUR taxi fare, from the airport to the hotel.
- Goldcar rental office next to the hotel, in case you want to rent.
- beds are comfortable, and the room was big enough.
- The restaurant food is good, and fair priced.
The location is off the Camino road, but owner pick up and drop us off at the San Paio de Sabuguera church in Lavacolla, a location on the Camino road with several cafes/restaurants around, about 900 m away. It is a quiet place with a chapel and garden at the back with chairs and table, perfect for a rest after walking. Owner is friendly and has good knowledge about Camino and surrounding. Dinner and breakfast are delicious.
Lavacolla, one of the last stops on the camino and a traditional place for Pilgrims to wash up so that they can head in clean and refreshed to the cathedral in Santiago de Compostela. This place was beautiful. It is new or newly renovated. The bathrooms were great and we also did our laundry! We left feeling refreshed and thoroughly enjoyed the final 8-10km into Santiago to finish our journey.
A beautiful hotel - a real treat on our Camino. All staff very friendly and welcoming. We used their free Pilgrim transfer service which was amazing. We were picked from a cafe on the Camino about 2 km from the hotel by the very friendly owner and were dropped back there the following morning to continue our Camino - an excellent service. Dinner and breakfast both excellent.
This was an unexpected pleasure. The hotel has rooms that are like little suites around a courtyard. The main building has a restaurant for lunch and another, much fancier, restaurant for dinner. Very good food -- quite a bit higher level than most of the restaurants we encountered on the Camino. But also more expensive.
We arrived late at the airport but the hotel was still happy and very efficient at sending us the free minibus transfer. We were given a good welcome and able to have a drink just 10mins before the bar closed. Rooms huge and a little unusual and very clean. Breakfast fine.
It was spotlessly clean. it was close to the bus stop to Santiago- take the 6A to lavacolla from galicia square, 1 euro. the bar across the street had typical spanish food. its right in the camino. it cost 10 euros to get a taxi in the morning to the airport.
Had a clean corner room. The beds were a great welcome to our tired "pilgrims" bodies. Had our best sleep among the nights along our camino. There were 2 decent nearby restaurants and an excellent restaurant in a nearby hotel (less than 10 min walk).
The hotel has front desk reception, complimentary transfer to the airport, a very good restaurant, and well furnished, up to date rooms.
The hotel rooms have comfortable beds, great pillows, and well-appointed bathrooms with ample towels.
We walked the Camino through Lavacolla. A Concha was very close to the Camino. It is right above a restaurant. The staff let me know where to find laundry facilities. The staff was pleasant.
Value for money hotel, close to Santiago airport with good bus service to airport and Santiago. welcoming restaurant on site and helpful staff. Good location if catching an early morning plane
Even though the hotel is a short distance from the airport, it is in a completely sheltered, rural setting. The facilities are all first class, and the staff could not be nicer.
The hotel accommodated my change of date when my flight was cancelled and I was promptly collected from the airport when my flight arrived even though it was after 11pm!
Everything was clean and in proper order. Staff are nice and friendly. This is the closest hotel in the airport, so a good place to stay if on transit.
