Beautiful hotel, beautiful rooms, beautiful property, beautiful view (mountain view room). Loved it here. Fantastic base for exploring El Teide at 30 min drive. Vilaflor is quiet but cute. Personel very friendly and good food in the restaurant. Would absolutely come back! Loved reading a book on the terrace with excellent view and service!

The location was excellent and the food was great in the restaurant. The staff were attentive to you and very friendly.
The Spa was great and the location excellent for walking in the mountains.
The weather was superb when we stayed for our walks and late afternoon relax in the spa and outside, but on a cloudy/rainy day the experience could be different If wanting to walk / sun bathe outside .

Super calm neighbourhood, maximum privacy, own car strongly needed. The small kitchen is absolutely usable for making basic dinners, basic ingerdients are provided (e.g. salt, oil, etc.).
