Old style 5 star hotel, very opulent. Formal, but very friendly. Staff lovely. Car parking available via underground car park - on street parking would be virtually impossible.
Reminded us a bit of The Overlook hotel from The Shining, but it didn't have a bad feeling at all.

The old part of the hotel has been very nicely refurbished and the spas (both Manatial and Aquaxana) are both worth visiting.
The staff is very nice and helpful.
The breakfast is served in a beautiful room and all the food and drinks served are of very high quality, which makes overall the experience a 5-star one.
Hotel rooms are spacious and comfortable. The breakfast has been a highlight with homemade desserts, fresh orange juice and omelettes a-la-carte. Spa facilities are great as well and not very crowded during the week days.
We had a lovely stay at Las Caldas. The Aquaxana facilities are incredible and so relaxing. Breakfast was so fresh and copious. We will definitely be back again.
