Good for parking private car - it could be highlighted as to how to get to the car park before checking in as the reception is on a pedestrian area. The receptionist was very good at explaining how to go back around to access the car park which is in Calle de Magistral Romeo (about 50m on the right). The rooms were clean and as we were on the back - it was very quiet - no road/pedestrian noise. Good location.

The location was perfect for cycling Camiño Via de La Plata. Secure bike storage. Excellent location for exploring the beautiful city. Room was well appointed and comfortable. Alba, the receptionist, was great! She was welcoming, spent time advising us on where to visit, where to eat (perfect recommendations, full of locals!)

If you find yourself in the Salamanca or Zamora areas, you should stay here. It is like an oasis. Good location-small town. Definitely rural. The owner/manager was very gracious. The food is excellent-restuarant attached. The rooms are very adequate. The setting is the strongest asset. Be sure to catch the sunset from a nearby "pico" Easy walk from the hotel. Very impressive what the owner has done. There is no place like this for miles around.
