The WORST stay ive ever had when holidaying. The room was filthy, I got bed bug bites from this shithole. Before the pathetic team say it could’ve been from anywhere, I DID NOT LEAVE THE ROOM ON THE FIRST DAY AND THATS WHEN THEY APPEARED. My parents are medical professional, don’t assume I’m stupid. We know when they come up on skin - the time frame etc. I have medical notes proving I got these from this vile hotel. Filthy room. Staff didn’t care said fully booked. Was racially abused in Spanish by restaurant staff. English ain’t good enough yet we pay your wages being your main guests. Racial abuse on video, assuming we didn’t understand the language. Bed bug bites from this hotel, also doctors note to prove. Filthy dirty room along with tons of photos and videos. Lift covered in dust also. All documented. Sent an email with my complaint, over a week ago. Completely ignored. Will now be involving my solicitor to take this further. I gave this hotel a chance. They ignored me. Vile place.

Not very much we went out everyday as this place was so depressing.. it was very boring no entertainment, rooms very basic, food was the same and the majority of our party lived on chips. Advertised with lots of places to eat and drink and indoor swimming pool… this was not true you had to pay £15 per person to use the indoor pool and only the one place to eat no choice of restaurant or bar… definitely not a four star hotel?

Nice clean apartment, 15 mins walk to beach and same to Aquapolis. Free parking in close proximity as otherwise would be very hard to park on the street side. Very friendly hosts left us with soft drinks after tiring trip. You have all you need there. Starting with community pool you can use freely when tired if salty sea. In the apartment there's kettle, iron, hair dryer, coffee pods machine for dolce gusto and most importantly washing machine and air conditioning.

Nice beach but not an attractive view from it. A number of restaurants available, we ate in 2. The Mix had good service and a varied menu, we would recommend it. Can't remember the name of the other. The area has small shops with typical seaside resort items to buy. Taking a taxi is easy, we asked our hotel to call one for us & it arrived quickly both times. Highly recommend Escape Salou - very well organized, enjoyable experience.

ideal for families for the closeness on visiting theme parks but the resort didn’t have a central town area with good shops. The shops are all selling tourist beach goods. However it has a good bus service to get you into nearby Salou or Tarragona.
The main beach is long and sandy but with a 30 minute walk you can walk to several beautiful sandy coves.

This is absolutely our favourite resort.
This is absolutely our favourite resort. It is spotlessly clean, the beach is fabulous - and cleaned every day. There are a number of bars and restaurants to choose from and best of all lots of lovely ice cream places.
We ate at the Waterfront and Chez Mar. There is a market on a Friday morning with lots of different things to buy. There is also a fantastic fruit and veg place within this market. It is very flat and easy to get around. For those with walking difficulties there are mobility scooters to hire.

Quiet resort very clean and safe beautiful beach one end family oriented other end more peaceful plenty to do good choices for food n drinks reasonably priced . One gripe is smell of cigarettes everywhere especially when eating but then it’s the local pastime so hey ho , not for me 😎

The room was very good, large enough, clean and recently renovated.
Location is also good enough, very good and clean beach, but you have to walk to it for 5-10 minutes and cross the street at the end.
There is a convenient underground parking for those who travel by car.

Dedicated and safe swimming pool for kids. Both pools are supervised by safeguards.
Hotel staff was friendly, hospitable and eager to help - very much appreciated.
The apartment was very well located. Slightly separate from the main hotel which was perfect. Clean and had all the necessary equipment (washing machine, hair dryer, fridge freezer, tv and air on) for a short holiday stay. Pool clean. Located near the beach and other facilities. Night entertainment close by. Especially grateful to receptionist NEUS, who was quite excellent and an asset to Estival Park.
We stayed in a premium room half board. The food was exceptional. Wide variety freshly made daily. The room was beautiful and very clean with amaxing views on the 6th floor. We easily used public transport to visit Cambril,reus, Tarragona, mt Blanc and Salou. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is right on the beach with a lovely long promenade to go for evening walks.
I will highly recommend Best terramarina Hotel en la Pineda. The breakfast buffet is delicious, the staff is very attractive, and the only bad thing was I paid for an ocean front room indeed was an ocean front. But the big pine tree blocked the view completely from the 5th floor. I will highly recommend getting a higher floor or a lower one. Great hotel, great location
Close to beach, shops, restaurants. Short taxi ride to Airport, Salou, Port Aventura, Tarragon. Taxi Airport to La Pineda approx €30. Taxi from La Pineda to Salou approx €10. Taxi La Pineda to Port Aventura approx €25 - all depending on traffic etc. Bus also goes to Salou across road from Estival Apt.
The staff, the SPA, the breakfast, the size of the room and bathroom..During low season all works well not sure how it would be during the high season as the hotel complex is huge and the SPA might get overcrowded. Best time for the SPA was from 13:00 to 15:00 when most people left to have lunch.
Perfectly located hotel right on the beach with a lot of facilities. In the evenings there were nice and fun activities. Both the breakfast and dinner buffet were good for the price. The room was good. It had a nice shower and a large balcony to sit and enjoy the view.
Great value for money we paid. Hotel is right at the beach, with beautiful trees and view. It's well connected with busses from Barcelona airport.
Staff was very kind and helpful. Food was really good, also.
Overall, we had a very relaxing time in Best Terramarina.
