Small but clean room with fan. Very hospitable and friendly staff that even let me stow my luggage after check-out when I was late coming back from Gibraltar. Within a very short walking distance of the central bus station and the Gibraltar crossing. Also very close to great food and services.
Conveniently located in the centre of La Linea de la Concepción, this hotel is surrounded by bars, restaurants and shops. The beach and the harbour are only 550 metres away.

We didn't explore the area on the Spanish side of the border but did have a great time in Gibraltar.
If you do go to Gibraltar I would recommend doing on the taxi tours up the rock to all the sights and where the Apes are.
Once you have done that you can walk back down into the town and explore that area too.
It saves a lot of walking and the commentary is great to get some history and background of Gibraltar.

I liked the openness , the palm trees, the centenary Draco tree, the Mediterranean vegetation, the lovely sandy beach and lovely sea, the proximity of the market and of the frontier with Gibraltar and the friendliness of the people ready to help and chat.

The location was excellent for the border with Gibraltar and the La Linea bus station. Handy for MacDonald's and Burger King if you want those sort of meals, and only a short walk into the town centre. Good quality kitchen equipment [e.g. a Smeg Kettle], although it was really too small to attempt any cooking. Shower was powerful though needed to run a couple of minutes to come warm. Basic toiletries provided which was nice. Lots of plug sockets everywhere.
It's a great value for money, considering that the price of a private room is that of a bed in a hostel. The rooms are clean and reasonably well-maintained. Not the most exquisite design and comfort but sufficient to have some privacy and a good base for exploring La Linea and Gibraltar! A common kitchen on the ground floor is a welcome addition as well if you want to make some tea or have a quick snack in the morning.
This property is a fantastic way to see Gibraltar! So easy to walk across the border (5 min) and much less expensive. Sergio met us to let us into the underground parking and take us to the apartment. He also showed us where to find groceries and gave us an excellent restaurant recommendation in La Linea. The apartment was clean and looked as it does in the pictures. I definitely recommend this property!
Amazing location and ambiance. The view of Gibraltar is fantastic. Nothing beats sitting on the roof of your houseboat, reclining on deck chairs with a glass of wine and watching sunset light playing on on that iconic rock. The site is only 35 min by foot and bus from the cable car that takes you to the nature reserve on the top. Don't miss St Michael's Cave and watch out for those nasty monkeys.
The room was clean, quiet and comfortable. Shower, hair dryer, TV and AC all worked well. This is a pretty modest place, but comfortable. It is within walking distance of the La Linea bus station, and border crossing to Gibraltar & Gibraltar airport. It is also about 2 blocks to the center of town of La Linea, which has a number of restaurants and bars, a nice bakery. Area of hotel seems safe.
Huge apartment so much more space than we expected. The kitchen had everything you needed. The location is great we could walk to gibraltar airport in 10 minutes and your over the border for less than that. La Linea itself is a lovely town too. The host was lovely and gave great tips on where to go. I will 100% be going back.
The location is good, very closed to the border. Short walk to nearby beach and restaurants. Room was spacious with balcony and even had a view of the rock and the city. Staff was friendly and spoke English very well. We enjoyed our stay at this hotel.
The apartment was well-equipped, modern, and secure, with strong WiFi signal. Very responsive and caring landlords. Quick access to Gibraltar and city centre of La Linea. Local shops, bars and restaurants available a short walk away.
great breakfast, underground safe parking and a nice walk into the centre and into Gibraltar. the team are always friendly and the check in is much faster than usual in Spain.
Location was great as we were able to walk across the border to Gibraltar and had a great night out in La Linea as it was close to bars and restaurants.
