Small but clean room with fan. Very hospitable and friendly staff that even let me stow my luggage after check-out when I was late coming back from Gibraltar. Within a very short walking distance of the central bus station and the Gibraltar crossing. Also very close to great food and services.
Conveniently located in the centre of La Linea de la Concepción, this hotel is surrounded by bars, restaurants and shops. The beach and the harbour are only 550 metres away.

We didn't explore the area on the Spanish side of the border but did have a great time in Gibraltar.
If you do go to Gibraltar I would recommend doing on the taxi tours up the rock to all the sights and where the Apes are.
Once you have done that you can walk back down into the town and explore that area too.
It saves a lot of walking and the commentary is great to get some history and background of Gibraltar.

I liked the openness , the palm trees, the centenary Draco tree, the Mediterranean vegetation, the lovely sandy beach and lovely sea, the proximity of the market and of the frontier with Gibraltar and the friendliness of the people ready to help and chat.

Located at a perfect spot to cross over to Gibraltar without having to pay the ridiculous hotel prices there! The rooms were cosy, quiet and comfortable, the entire apartment was homely. Loved the kitchen and the serving window, I was able to keep an eye on our daughter without keep having to leave the room whilst cooking dinner! Parking was literally right on the door stop which came as a relief considering La Linea can be a difficult place to find parking. We will be back no doubt!
The boat, view and location are great. No need for a car or taxi, just a 10 minute walk from the airport. From the boat its is 5 minutes into the middle of la linea or15 minutes into Gibraltar. The roof terrace is a great place to sit, enjoy the view and watch the world go by. The boat is exactly what you see in the photos. water cooler and air conditioning are very useful .we found Barbara really helpful and easy to deal with Wouldn't definitely recommend.
This property is a fantastic way to see Gibraltar! So easy to walk across the border (5 min) and much less expensive. Sergio met us to let us into the underground parking and take us to the apartment. He also showed us where to find groceries and gave us an excellent restaurant recommendation in La Linea. The apartment was clean and looked as it does in the pictures. I definitely recommend this property!
I stayed in an en-suite room and I think it is a basic accommodation with everything someone may need. It felt very clean, safe and close to the central area of la Línea and close enough to Gibraltar. It was the cheapest accommodation I could find last minute and was not disappointed on the quality:)
The apartment was well-equipped, modern, and secure, with strong WiFi signal. Very responsive and caring landlords. Quick access to Gibraltar and city centre of La Linea. Local shops, bars and restaurants available a short walk away.
only a 10 minute walk to Gibraltar. way cheaper than staying in Gibraltar and amazing accommodation. the staff actually gave us an even better room than requested and the view was beautiful . good breakfast . great staff
Apartment in great location, supermarket and cafe straight across the road.
Ten minute walk to the centre of la linea.
Thirty minute walk to Gibraltar.
Rooftop apartment, fantastic views and sun all day.
Highly recommend.
great location, Center City, all the restaurants and caffees were really close.. Quiet street. View to GIBRALTAR from the bed :),
Walking distance to Gibraltar border ( about 10 minutes away).
Beautiful old style house. Friendly hosts. Clean! Location close to Gibraltar (10 mins by car to the parkings next to the border). Good breakfast. View! Very nice place!!!
Friendly helpful front desk staff.
This hotel was fairly basic but reasonably good value for money for overnight accommodation. Good location for Gibraltar border.
Clean, value for money, easy parking. We stayed in this hotel as the prices of accommodation in Gibraltar are very expensive, it is about 25 minutes walk.
