The location was very central with easy access to a lovely gazebo overlooking the Roman bridges over the river. We went to do stargazing and since it was a rural town near the gazebo was a very nice area to stargaze being not overwhelmed by city lighting. The whole town is very quiet and peaceful.

Everything, dog friendly and I mean dog friendly. Bowls and treats provided. We could eat breakfast with the dog. Fridge and tea making provided. Quirky and interesting decor. Pizzeria a short walk with dog accepted.

we have used this lovely pet friendly hotel multiple times on our trips down to Portugal. This is a real gem of a hotel if you are travelling with a dog (or like us with three dogs). Super nice staff and the food is lovely. Dog friendly rooms are absolutely stunning as is the whole property. So much history screaming at you all set in the most idyllic countryside but so convenient to Salamanca.
