Isla Cristina doesn't seem to receive many international travellers, so the nightlife is very much focused on the local culture: too much reggaeton and music in Spanish language in general.
But it is still a place with very nice and friendly people (as Andalusians are) and very good quality and cheap food. You can enjoy fresh fish and meat and high quality local fruit.
The weather is always warm on the coast. Not too hot. The water temperature is quite fresh, so every dip in the water is refreshing.

Beautiful beaches, affordable tours by boat or tuk tuk,...
Beautiful beaches, affordable tours by boat or tuk tuk, nature reserve, Salinas, learning about salt production, crabs, fishing, eco system, flamingos, it's a little paradise, 80% of inhabitants love from fishing. Very interesting to see. The town itself is not too beautiful, but people are friendly. Good place for going to the beach or chilling at the pool with some short trips to surrounding areas by boat or tuk tuk

I love the place.
I love the place. I come to rest and have some beach baths but the swimming pool was so great and all the facilities that I keep myself inside the resort. Isla Cristina is nice and quiet. I went to dinner once near the port but I should admit that the food of the restaurant of the hotel was better, more diverse and well balanced.
Room very good - clean and large
Beach very good - chairs and nice bar. Wish the bar had stayed open later than 7pm
Pool beautiful.
Downside to this hotel is that there are no bars or restaurants outside. The hotel offers all inclusive but only one buffet restaurant and one smarter restaurant that you can book once a week but offers the same food as the buffet
roof top terrace and bar. Room clean and a good size. Free parking on the street. The gentleman running the hotel could not do enough for us. Stored our bikes and let us use the washing machine, although he spoke little English.
