Lovely room with direct access to the pool. The gym was clean and empty. Lots of delicious breakfast options!
Lovely room with great sea view. Helpful staff, Great choice at breakfast. Frequent buses to Palma with bus stop 50 yards down the road and buses to Magaluf and Palma Nova down the road. Would recommend for quiet relaxing holiday.

Located in a quiet area it may not be suitable for young couples but certainly ok for our generation. Good public transport for accessing Palma. Bus stop is only 1 minute away and services run every 12 minutes cost is 2€. Slightly hilly for anyone with difficulty walking. A couple of local shops for extra snacks and water. Terrific views. Very clean and the staff were excellent always polite and helpful.

We have been to Illetas many times.
We have been to Illetas many times. It is a good location for Palma with some good restaurants. Close to Illetas beach which is lovely. Great bus and Taxi services if you dont want a car. Walking ditance to Calla Millore with good shops bars and Restaurants

This is our second visit to Illetas and we wouldn't want to...
This is our second visit to Illetas and we wouldn't want to stay anywhere else. It is truly beautiful and one gets the real deal feel of the Med. It is a quieter area of Mallorca and away from the madding crowds of the busier beach areas. Local bus transport is cheap and one can catch a bus right outside your hotel. We mostly ate at our hotel but there are numerous eateries in Illetas. We would definitely want to stay in Illetas again.

Fabulous location.....direct bus route into Palma for EUR2 per trip. Enough convenience stores, bars/cafes to make a trip to a big supermarket un-necessary. Two fabulous beaches with lots of facilities nearby. Not terribly touristy, quite a residential area with lots of trees/greenery

Our problems were predominately room based.
Our problems were predominately room based. Skirting board was falling off the walls. Burrowing ants were a regular feature leaving excavation work in a daily basis, this was never cleaned unless I specifically asked for it to be cleaned. Spent cigarettes and cigars were a feature on my patio from the time we arrived through to the time we left. The shower was small and cramped, the water went from very hot to very cold making showering a dreaded experience. Small flies, tons of them shared the bathroom with us for the duration, maybe something do with the musty sewerage smell we faced when we first entered. Television has one English Channel BBC 1. Kids loved it 😩 Given the hotel was not full I believe we had quite possibly the worst room in the hotel, I have no idea why.
Great location - Illetas is a lovely area close to the beach and a really good climbing area. The property has everything we needed. Good quality furnishings and cooking equipment. Lovely balcony which catches the sun all morning. Really comfortable bed. Good shower. Good air con and tv. The host is lovely and very helpful with good communication throughout our stay. The apartment complex is super clean and everyone is very friendly. Highly recommend Estudios Baha.
Great location, easy parking, surrounded by beaches and restaurants. Bus stop right outside the door. Room had a large, comfy bed, and quiet but powerful AC. Breakfast was relaxing and tasty with a great view. The staff was amazing, helpful, and friendly. Overall it was a very relaxing place to be, quiet, and accommodating. If I wasn't at the pool or the beach cove, I was eating and overlooking the ocean. I didn't really need to leave the hotel much.
The hotel was all round brilliant. Staff were fantastic and breakfast excellent. Best of all was the hotel setting, which was magnificent. The pool bar served excellent food, and the service was fantastic. Illetas is a quiet area, but there are nice restaurants nearby. The bus to Palma is right outside the hotel and goes every 10 mins. The hotel is a family hotel with just the right mix of children and adults.
One of my favorite hotels ever. I had been there already before and this new experience there reconfirmed my super positive opinion about the facilities, the staff, and everything else. We loved the direct access to the beach, the comfortable bed and the great position. 10 points for the breakfast, full of choices and very tasty. The view is superb!
This hotel is a gem. Been their loyal guest for over 10 years and I keep coming back. Everything is fantastic! The team super hospitable and friendly. Breakfast a treat and the views amazing. Every year they introduce improvements to make my stay better and better. Thank you so much to the front desk crew, the wonderful chef, and housekeeping.
Lovely hotel in a beautiful location, easy to get into Palma via bus or taxi. Little supermarkets and a few bars and restaurants within easy walking distance. The facilities at the hotel were great and by having the different buildings it felt a little like individual villas. Breakfast also had a good selection of hot and cold options.
The property was spotless and staff very helpful. The hotel has a beautiful pool with wonderful views. No Sandy beach but you can enter the sea by steps from a flat sunbathing area. Only a few shops and restaurants nearby. Mainly a residential area with hotels dotted around. The no4 bus takes you right into the city of Palma
The staff was brilliant, always friendly and nice. Santi in the reception was so polite and helpfull. Perfect breakfast with a wonderful view over the ocean. The hole hotel is perfect. We will recomend it to friends and we will come back.
hotel staff was very friendly and welcoming. breakfast on the patio was a lovely experience - varied food selection and you could make your own orange juice! Private beach was small but nice to dip toes in the water.
