We recently stayed at this hotel for two nights during our visit to Alhambra. While two of the staff receptionists were friendly and welcoming, we were a bit disappointed with several aspects of our stay. Firstly, be aware the hotel does not have its own restaurant. Breakfast needs to be ordered the night before by 9 PM, which can be inconvenient for travelers who prefer spontaneous plans.
Our accommodation was also less than ideal. We were given two rooms located near the reception area, with views of a wall. Additionally, the fridge in our room was full of mold upon arrival. Although the staff did clean it promptly when was reported, it was not a pleasant experience. The hotel does offer a limited selection of drinks, such as Coca-Cola, but this was not communicated, which would have been helpful information.
On a positive note, the hotel is beautiful from outside, has its own parking and is surrounded by a few restaurants ( you will need to go to the main area ) which is convenient for dining out. This place might be suitable for a brief stopover or if you are specifically visiting Alhambra.

Our room was very spacious and quiet. We loved the breakfast as it has a lot of options and variety. The personnel was very helpful facilitating taxis.

Access to Granada by public transport very good, easy driving,too. Fabulous mix of hills,mountains and natural parks, local restaurants surprisingly good,even compared with up market ones in Granada city. We were delighted to revisit only two years on from our first time.
We were very pleased to find this clean modern hotel which offers superb value for money. The breakfast although not exciting was very fair for the price. The real bonus was the fact that right outside the hotel you can catch a bus, 10 minute ride, into the centre of Granada which in our case (pensionistas) cost 1.55 euro. Bus no 180,181,184. Why take a car into a city with all that hassle and expensive car parking. Very good size room, comfortable and clean. Staff helpful and friendly.
Everything about it was excellent, the hotel was just Everything you would want, it was our 30th wedding anniversary and the suite made it such a romantic stay.
The pool and outside areas were fantastic.
There were lots of very good restaurants all within walking distance. A special mention for the Los Diamontes fantastic Tapas and serves.
All in all excellent stay thank you to all the the lovely staff we met.
The staff was amazing. We stayed for two weeks while looking for a one year residency visa apartment rental. Everyone was so helpful- especially Idaira we could not have secured an apartment without her help. She always had a smile on her face and I miss her already. Our room was always spotless as was the rest of the hotel.

Stunning Hotel ..immaculate gardens and beautiful pool with plenty of sunbeds. Antonio the owner is such a lovely man...4 or 5 lovely restaurants within a 3 min walk...would definitely stay there again...free Parking right outside the hotel ....can't praise Villa Sur enough !
Everything! The hotel is beautiful and our room was perfect. The owner is simply charming and so helpful. Lovely breakfast served in charming surroundings. Bus stop right outside the hotel and a short trip to Granada. Would certainly recommend it and will return.
location was easy to find & 10 minutes by bus to city centre which stopped outside hotel every 20 mins. Pretty hotel with superb balcony & comfortable room. Really clean & helpful staff. 30 mins from Sierra Nevada ski resort. Cheap parking.
Comfortable in every aspect..this hotel is good value for money. Offers everything that's required in this exciting city.. taxi ride into city is about 7 euros. Made our stay much easier, to be able to leave the car at the hotel.
