The hosts made our stay so relaxing. Elaine especially was so helpful with her in-depth knowledge of the area. She couldn’t do enough for you. The bedrooms are very spacious and equipped with a fridge, and there is also a communal kitchen for guests to use which, for us, was another big bonus. The view from the terrace was spectacular, especially the sunrise. Breakfast was delicious. I can highly recommend Elaine’s scrambled eggs; so tasty.
Our stay was simply ‘perfect’ in every way. Thank you for having us.

A lovely rural place which we needed at that stage in our road trip. We managed to book last minute and were welcomed by Rolf on arrival.
The property has a nice sized saltwater pool and plenty of beds and seating around it. One part has a netted area which was great because there are so many flies.
Our apartment was spotless and had everything we needed. There was no oven or microwave so we had to change our cooking plans but this was not an issue. Although there was no air con in our room, the ceiling fan kept air circulating and we had a nice sleep.
We had a small private area to sit out and spent the end of our evening stargazing which was lovely!

We were knackered when arriving at the hotel, nipped up our room, showered, then had a lunch at the hotel, a few cold cervesas were sampled, then decided to go for a siesta. 15 hours later we woke up so the beds are marvelous. In the morning we seen we had a balcony with table and chairs and a great view of the plaza major. Doh! Breakfast at the hotel was great I'd recommend scrambled egg with serano ham, coffee excellent. Also room 302 highly recommended. Wouldn't hesitate in going back.

Great Town, Busy all year round. Lots of local shops and restaurants. If you want to have more retail therapy you have Lorca and Murcia not too far away. You are only a 30 minute drive from the coast as well.

The town was pleasant with a variety of shops/bars/cafes etc. Easy access to the motorway. The town had all the facilities 2 supermarkets all kinds of small shops and a large street market every Monday.
I mostly ate at the hotel unless I went to the beach or the big shopping mall at Lorca.
This is a very comfortable b&b located a little outside a little village - but note, it is 10km or so from Huercal-Overa itself. The English owner/operator was extremely helpful and friendly, and the room was clean and a good size. The pool was inviting, but laying beside was a bother with flies (so many flies in Almeria!). A simple breakfast was necessary, as there are no restaurants nearby. For dinner, it's best to buy something and prepare it in the kitchen, available for all guests.
It is a very well run family hotel. The room was perfect, and the couple running the place are very helpful. Even though they don't speak English we communicated through Google translate with out any problems. I will be happy to stay again.
