I reserved a room through booking.com, got my reservation confirmation from booking.com . Upon arrival at the Hostal, I was told by the hotelier that there wasn't a room available for me, as the hotel was fully booked! Luckily I was trekking with a lady companion who had a reservation. We agreed to share her room with 2 beds, I paid for the lady's dinner to compensate her for half of her room. However, I am still trying to get my money back (51€) for the "unavailable" room I reserved and paid for through Booking.com. trying to communicate with Booking.com customer service was the typical voicemail hell loop, trying to call was totally ineffective. Unable to reach anyone. So I will follow up upon getting my refund - if it happens at all. My last option will be to dispute my visa credit card charge if I am unable to get my hotel room charge reversed.

Almost everything. They do have parking, free garage connected by lift w hotel, with a lot of places and also street parking is safe and can be found even late evening, we arrived around 23h. Really great breakfast, staff was bringing cold cuts all the time, no waiting. Great for 7 euro. I would stay there again.
