The 2-bedrrom units are roomy, have balconies with a great view, good facilities and are reasonably priced. The location is near the Astander shipyard and very handy, but also close to stores and a shopping centre. The view of the estuary was pretty and interesting with the tides going in and out, and we used the paths around the estuary for regular walks of about 30 minutes.

Great spacious bedroom, comfortable beds and pillows, fridge and coffee machine in room. Wonderful shower and toiletries. Perfect calm location.

Lovely location at the quieter end of the main beach. We were kindly upgraded to a room with balcony which was lovely.
Staff all very helpful at reception and beforehand in responding promptly to questions sent via message system.

We didn’t get to see the pool as we arrived too late. Parking free on the avenue outside but we were fortunate to get a space inside the outdoor car park just in front of the hotel which has a small number of spaces. There were water coolers on each landing for filling up bottles.

Location was good however it is not beachfront as advertised
This luxurious 4-star hotel is located right by the beach, and only 400 metres from Magdalena Palace. It is within walking distance of the centre of Santander and the university.

Bemon Playa Hotel is located in the town of Somo, across the bay from Santander. It is just 150 metres from a long sandy beach and various surfing schools. Surf equipment can be stored on site.

Everyone friendly and the guy on the reception desk was very helpful
The hotel is pleasant enough except we wished we had specified a room with a view. The first room we were put into was roadside and noisy and ugly. Fortunately when we asked, the host offered us a better room on the 3rd floor. Still with no view but with a good sized balcony that drowned out most of the road noise. There is plenty of undercover parking and a good bus service into Santander just down the road from the apartment and also several supermarkets very close by. The host herself was really lovely.
A basic Hotel that is very tired looking.
In an industrial area with little facilities nearby. Bar did not open until 7pm. Tatty outside.
But for the price we paid we expected no more and was very handy for the Ferry home
Good simple hotel ideal for a stopover before taking the ferry next day. Bathroom was very new and clean. Comfortable bed and good shower. Very good breakfast included. Plenty safe parking.
