We visited in mid-April. Beautiful weather, but because of its altitude and proximity to the Sierra Nevada mountains it was cool in the evening (cooler than Seville) so although shorts weather in the day, bring something warmer for the evening. Lots to see and do - our visit was a last minute booking and we couldn't get tickets for the Alhambra - they book out weeks/months in advance. Not too disappointed - we will have to come again :-)

Pre book Alhambra on line then easy entry through Justice Gate. We did 9am entry. Also if u are a nature lover do a day trip out side the city. We did Sierra Nevada mountains with Nevada Guides and it was superb!

Obviously you must visit the Alhambra complex ( book a tour or buy entry tickets in advance ) and the Albacin area is very nice too. The hop on-hop off bus is good value at 9.45EUR for 24h. Local buses cheap at 1.40EUR per journey. Plenty of shopping for all, numerous bars and restaurants. Local sweet delicacy Pionono is an acquired taste.

Ganada is a lovely city as the entire Andalucia. Was completely in love with the region. The city center is quiet compact and you can walk from old town to Albacin, Alhambra, Catedral etc...many tapas and restaurants options. The view of Sierra Nevada is gorgeous. I highly recommend to visit one of those Flamenco shows exhibit in the Gipsy caves :)
All the staff is extremely nice (at the reception, cleaning ladies...). Always smiling or helping you when you need. It's the best service we had during our trip in Spain. They have even helped us to book someone to do a PCR test at the hotel.
The location is at 4 minutes by walk of the Alhambra and less than 15 minutes walk of the city center (or 4/5€ by taxi). If we come back in Grenada we would definitely chose this hotel again.
Lovely small hotel with a perfect view of The Alhambra from the terrace where the charming owners offer drinks and small plates. Excellent breakfast and the chance to meet other interesting guests also visiting Granada. The best feature is the hosts, who go out of their way to make sure you have a comfortable stay. The beds are great, excellent shower and modern AC, all for a very reasonable price.
This place is a great value. A lot of room, a beautiful rooftop deck, comfortable beds, awesome location and Nespresso. Our friends who had a hotel at the same price were very jealous. Keep in mind that this is a very old building so it is not luxurious, but very functional. We would definitely stay here again and wish we could replicate this place for our other stays here in Spain.

The location was superb, very central and within easy reach of all the main areas you would wish to see in Granada. The feel of the hotel is boutique and everything is extremely clean. There is a great view of the Alhambra from the rooftop terrace/bar area. The staff are extremely helpful and friendly.
I liked the apartment (Gran Via, 11 apartment 402). It was clean and modern and had a well equipped kitchen. It had the best shower of the 6 hotels or apartments that we stayed in during our trip to Spain. It was the only enclosed (USA style) shower we experienced so we could take a "better" shower.
This hotel was a pleasant surprise at our trip around Spain. Nice and clean rooms, very good location in Granada city center, kind staff. At the same street is the public parking and hotel staff even ensured that the city authorities got notice of our cars entrance to the restricted area. Great job.
