This was the best accommodation we had in our trip to the Basque Country. The room has amazing views to the mountains, lot of light, and very comfy beds. The owners Estepan and Luis are exceptional and couldn't be more helpful! We travelled with a 5 month old baby and really appreciated how quiet and peaceful this accommodation is. We strongly recommend this accommodation and would love to come back soon!

Top hotel, worth every cent. Spacious room with double door to balcony and another window, nice views. Good bathroom with bath. Comfortable bed, quiet neighbourhood. Had an excellent dinner in the hotel, coffee and tapas to start the day in their cafe. Staff efficient and friendly. Walking the Camino and worth the extra deviation. Word stay there again.

The Hotel Matsa B&B is a former wine press in the countryside just outside Bilbao. There is free Wi-Fi and free onsite parking. The rooms are all individually decorated in a rural style.

We loved the room. Our host was waiting outside to greet us. You must travel through an industrial park to get there, but once you are there, it feels like you are in the countryside. An oasis.

they don’t honor the reservation make us wait 2 hours in front of the door after walking compostelle and told us that we didn’t complete the process of identification but they are lying they make us lose a lot of time, energy and money

I’m on the Camino del Norte. This property was a bit of the Camino with a short steep hill to get to it. The room was terrific. The woman running the place treated all of us staying there as family. Was able to get a beer in the afternoon and enjoyed sitting out in the garden. She made us dinner and breakfast at whatever time we requested. Just an overall great experience. I traveled alone, but a number of others I have met on the Camino stayed there, this is why I spoke in plural.
