To do the check in was a very long process. A large group arrived and they took a lot of time with each person. We would have liked the staff to be sensitive to the rest of the people in line and offer some help. Or more staff come in to help eith the line. We just had to get our key and had to wait long.

Staff was friendly and very helpful. We only stayed for a night and didn't have time for breakfast so we can't rate that. It was conveniently close to the airport and the bus stop was nearby to connect with the city.

Quick check in and check out. Friendly and helpful staff at check in/check out/on phone /breakfast. A shout out to Matte in the breakfast area for moving quickly, keeping things flowing and smiling early in the morning. Breakfast offerings varied and much more than I expected. Room was well-stocked.
