We would recommend Hotel Rustico to any travellers to Finesterrae. The management and staff were very welcoming and the decor and overall vibe of the hotel was second to none, with an exceptional breakfast on offer each morning. After 4 days walking the Camino this was the perfect place to unwind and relax.

The apartment is really well equipped with washing machine, dryer, etc. Everything is really modern and in good condition and clean. The owner Isa is really lovely and shows how everything works. The location is just perfect, 1min walk to the port and the bus station. I felt so comfortable the whole duration of my stay and will definitely book it again next time I come to Fisterra.

This is a lovely little town with a cosy feel tucked in 2 kms from the cape at the end of the peninsula. It has a magnificent long white sandy beach with pristine waters and a smaller sandy beach near the port. Lots of eateries and cafes, and an all-round feeling of joy and relief among the visitors who have just ended their camino. I have been twice and loved it both times.

Beautiful coastal location.
Beautiful coastal location. Though main beach wasnt very clean - litter and dead bird. Different local beaches were fantastic though - like a dream location. The Cape Finisterra lighthouse was a tourist attraction that ruined it. Nice markets. Restaurants were ok, though often wouldn’t let you sit just for a drink. Overpriced. Buses were a nightmare to manage and everyone waiting were confused where to go and which bus to get, with not very helpful drivers, though the bus stop was right in the centre which is great. Sunset boat rides. Everything needed was central. Supermarket, ice cream shops, restaurants, banks, ATMs, cafes, hippy store, market, hotels etc.

For me, Finisterre has special significance.
For me, Finisterre has special significance. I have walked the Camino de Santiago in Spain many times on different routes. Arriving in Santiago and receiving my Compostela is not the end of my Camino. I know my Camino is truly complete when I am sitting on the Mar de Fora beach with a bottle of wine watching the sunset. There are wonderful places to eat. The port and lighthouse are always interesting, but the experience of watching the sunset in Finisterre keeps calling me back.

Fisterra (Finisterre) is a pleasant seaside town with great walking nearby. Of course it’s at the end of the extended Camino de Santiago, definitely worth the continuation. A good place to chill out and there is safe swimming on the sheltered main beach.
Seafood is a must and we had some excellent value meals in the parade of restaurants down by the harbour.
Hotel Rústico sits atop a hill just above Fisterra. After a long walk, this establishment was the piece of paradise we needed. The hotel staff were amazingly friendly and accommodating. The compound has everything you may need if you choose not to venture back out including an outdoor bar, lanai, restaurant, pool, and sunroom. The interior is warmly decorated and the outside a tropical oasis. If you do want to explore the town or nearby beach, they are just down the hill. We most certainly will return.
Jorge and Solange welcomed us as if we were family. We had just finished the Camino and arrived to Fisterra early. They were eating breakfast with their own family who had just arrived from Brazil and included us immediately at the table! Jorge’s story about his grandmother was inspirational. (And his restaurant recommendations were spot on!) Beds were very comfortable. Shower had great water pressure. We would absolutely stay again.

Everything about this apartment was perfect. Pool was heated. Beach 5 minute walk away. "Downtown" Fisterra 15 minute walk. Bath tub. Balcony with chairs and table overlooking the beach. Free washing machine. Full kitchen. Two large bedrooms. Comfortable living room. Very friendly and helpful host. Good wifi.
Incredible experience.
Can't wait to come back.
This little boutique hotel is wonderful. The location is superb, it's flawlessly designed, the views and light of the room make you want to stay inside all day and the bed is super comfortable. I really think we stayed in the best hotel in town.
The apartment is 6 mins walking away monbus or punto information where you can get the certificate of Fisterra. My stay has the sea view, it is pleasant to cook at the full kitchen and look at sea.
When we arrived in Fisterra and met Carmen our host,we knew our holiday stay in Galacia was going to be great,. What a fabulous person, Carmen would go out of her way so you're enjoying your stay.
Lovely newly renovated hotel just opposite the port of Fisterra. Excellent location, lovely personnel and abundant breakfast.
Would definitely stay again here, when coming to Fisterra,
Location was ideal. In the town of Fisterra near to local facilities. Close to the beach walk. Easy to find on my bike ride into the town. Close to supermarkets and the bus station.
Please, please stay here if you end up in Fisterra! It absolutely felt like home. Everyone who works there is so kind and attentive, and the albergue itself was very clean and cozy.
It is good to have the whole place with friends. We are pilgrims and it's location is exactly on the variant route to Faro de Fisterra and onward to Muxia. Kitchen is well equipped.
Excellent Breakfast served even when I missed the breakfast time for more than 1 hour.
This hotel has a warm family touch and the owner’s really care!
Best hotel on my Camino!
Spacious & comfortable
Had a bath
Proximity to beach (including surf beach) & town
Outdoor area as well
Easy access to apartment from bus stop before Fisterra central
Spotlessly clean. Super comfortable. Can be a bit dark inside—-but who is in Fisterra to be inside? Not me—enjoy the fabulous terrace! Super stay—-gracias!
Excellent apartment well located just a few steps from Fisterra and also the beach. Brilliant views from the main living area made it a great stay. Recommend
Great place to stay in Fisterra, it is along the road but away to the narrow streets of the town. Great hospitality with open pantry if you get hungry.
