I made my own breakfast in the kitchenette. The breakfast provided by the host looked great though. There is a bakery XATA almost next door to fetch a fresh croissant and excellent breads. I tried the pan de centeno.

The Staff were exceptionally. Could not do enough for us, my wife wasn’t very well so the made her a special drink, which helped a great deal.

Perfect for spending a couple of nights with your beloved. It has an ideal location; the hotel overlooks the mountains and the city of La Seu. The views are stunning!
Very friendly staff, ready to help with anything. They helped me with planning a hiking route, providing several options with valuable descriptions so I could make a good choice. By the way, I recommend going to El Prat de Cadí for lightweight hiking; the views are stunning, and it's about 40 minutes away from the hotel.
Also, they have nice spa services. I especially enjoyed the outdoor jacuzzi with an amazing view of the mountains.

The location was perfect...Good parking for a motorbike.
The Food from the Restaurant was very good ( local meat was great )
Rooms very nice. Staff were very helpful and polite.(a bit of a language barrier... try Google!!)

Value for money it was ok. It was clean and a bed. Strange place however. All is online communication, as cheap as possible, and do it yourself. Not a cosy place, yet for sleeping it is fine.
The owner of this small hotel is very friendly, she left a kind note for us, as we arrived a bit later than planned. The room including the bathroom was nice and spacious, furnished with atmospheric solid wood furniture. Of course the balcony with the nice view of the valley is the highlight.
Estamariu itself is a beautiful picturesque village high above the valley, with many interesting historical sights (don't miss the Romanesque painted church). 15 minutes to Seu d'Urgell and under one hour to Andorra.
We had stayed in Estamariu before so knew that it was a quiet place and off the beaten track. The hotel was quiet also as it was out of season, which suited us perfectly. Alex the manager was attentive but not intrusive and we felt very comfortable staying there.
If you don't see what you like at breakfast ask and they will try to accommodate your wishes.
The hotel is located in a town on top of a mountain very far away from everything . Very isolated . The food was really bad in the restaurant and expensive. Not going back . Is better to stay in La Seu de Urgell is a lovely town .
We had a magical stay at the hotel! The room was very cosy, the views spectacular and the service absolutely wonderful. Special thanks to Pablo and the rest of the team for making all of us feel so welcomed.
Owner was super helpful, and in the night helped us to get to the hotel. P. S. Do not drive in to the village its is supper narrow, your driving skills will be tested 🚘
