Good location to be able to walk everywhere, and close to the airport bus stop. Huge choice at breakfast and excellent tapas at the 1962 cafe. The staff were friendly and helpful, especially as we had to unexpectedly return for one night as our flight was cancelled. The room was clean very comfortable.

For us, good location: close to Santa Catalina neighborhood and 20 Minute walk to historic City Center. Also bus Station close-by.
Rooms modern/clean enough.

Major infrastructure and building works taking place in front of and behind the hotel meant access was very very difficult/almost impossible. Satnav directed us multiple times to a backstreet with no hotel signage whatsoever but red light clubs and pavements.
We had informed the hotel that our arrival would be very late evening but they had not advised us of the difficulty in accessing either the front of the building due to road closures or how to navigate the back streets to the pre booked parking. Had I been travelling alone, I would have been forced to find another hotel.
Thankfully my husband was able to walk through some dark alleys to locate the entrance of the hotel. Unfortunately he was then told that he could not access the parking without first checking in.
So, not able to access hotel by car so cannot check in, can access the parking but cannot use prior to check in.
Have never been in such a ludicrous position before. Manager agreed to let us access parking without checking in but only after lengthy negotiation.
Lifts operate with buttons on exterior not interior. Rooms noisy early morning with building works and cruise ship horns.
Unhelpful staff.
No sockets on both sides of bed for aiding charging.

We loved how peaceful it was (we wanted a chilled out day with a night out elsewhere so the fact the hotel was a little further than others from amenities worked for us) ; the views were amazing ; it didn’t feel overcrowded so lots of sun lounger availability. The spa was a bonus too!
