A lovely little apartment in Espinama, just off the main road. Check-in was in the Hotel (blue building) and parking provided down the narrow lane and around the back of the red building/apartments. Lovely and quiet. A few options for eating out. But such a wonderful location. Espinama and most particularly the Picos de Europa - one of the most beautiful places I've seen in Spain. And Spain is obviously abundant with amazing places! :-)

Good service - when I enquired for hot water, was served in a kettle with two tea cups and teaspoon. When I enquired for tissue paper, was given a small pocket packet of tissue paper and apology that i’d have to go to the town supermarket to buy a box if needed. Room and toilet were all very clean. Good scenery facing garden. Towels were clean and provided.

Breakfast was very nice and served very quickly. Really enjoyed the coffee. Staff were very helpful and efficient. It is in a lovely location. It is very clean and the interior decor in communal areas is very charming. Lovely evening meals and nicely presented. Mosquito nets on the windows a positive. Shower worked well and plenty of hot water.
A charming little town in an incredible national park.
A charming little town in an incredible national park. Apart from initially having trouble with parking, we were visiting outside peak tourist season, so not too difficult. There's only a few streets to explore in Espinama, which is all part of it's charm. Most are original/older buildings with a few newer ones, sympathetically built to complement the town. Enroute for the camino. Just lovely and we far preferred it to the large lodge up the road. We felt like we were staying in "Spain proper." We had an evening meal at Bar Máximo, on the main road. The artichokes for a started and peppers stuff with Hake. Excellent food, friendly and attentive staff. They helped make our one night stay there a special memory.

It's a very small town, yet it offers several dining options, from a basic pizza and beer place to a charming and delicious full service restaurant serving local delicacies. There are several wonderful hiking options in the vicinity, and it's very close to a scenic cablecar ride to the mountain peaks.
The house is located in Espinama where only 2km to Fuente De. You can also try off road to sotres and I am sure you will enjoy the journey. Everything is well designed and organised, large enough for 7-8 people. Super clean with full kitchen. Two fireplace in 0 and ground floor, with central heating super warm! Out of window a rill really calms me down. I spent 4 night to hike and empty myself, really memorable experience!
Very clean hotel in lovely stone building. Quiet location but near other hotels, restaurants and a small supermarket. Very nice food served on site in large portions. Very nice staff and accommodating owners - they waited for us after midnight as we got delayed getting there. Perfect location for hiking.
Beautiful, clean and cosy hotel in a picturesque village, run by welcoming and helpful people. The restaurant is excellent and well-priced. Much better value than hotels in nearby Fuente De and perfectly located for La Ruta de la Reconquista (there's even a Spar across the road to stock up on supplies).
Very good location, close to Fuente Dé and Potes. In the center of Espinama, with access to supermarkets, restaurants and a bar. One of the rooms were really great in size with a lovely balcony.
friendly staff, secure locked parking for motorcycles in hotel basement. Hotel situated in small hamlet about 10min below Fuenta De. Beer and food available in bars/restaurants in hamlet.
