The staff were great! Mr. Rafael received us very well. The place is wonderful. As it was an off season, there were not many people during our stay and the pool was closed. Overall, we loved the place, the view and the beds were wonderful. I had one of the best sleep in a couple months. If you need help with the Spanish speaker help desk, you can message or call the person in charge and they will help you gladly.
