I wanted to see locations in the middle of the Island. Loar Ferreries is a very good hotel to view these locationis.
Moreover they had a booklet that gave me some suggestions.
They have two swimming pools and a jacuzzi; outdoor is on the roof; indoor is near the restaurant; this you would not expect of a hotel in the city center, but is was very nice.

- the swimming pools! The kids one is great for younger children and the larger one is huge and perfect for the whole family to enjoy.
-kikkoland (kids play area) is a large area with so many activities for the kids to enjoy. You can choose to drop your kid off there or stay and play with them. There is a bouncy castle, a mini soft play with slides and ball pit, playground, arts and crafts, giant building bricks and a special baby area with swings and toys for younger children. This area is hugely under-advertised and such a pro for families with young children.
- las basilicas restaurant was our favourite. We.have stayed at multiple family hotels now and this is definitely the best buffet. The fresh pasta and pizza every night was delicious..
- we hired a buggy for the whole week for 15 euros
- there was an onsite doctor. He came within 5 minutes of us calling him to see both our children who needed antibiotics.
- there is a handy tunnel for access to the beach
- evening entertainment. The most popular kids disco we have seen and some fun shows such as acrobats and magic bubbles.
- I also want to add the hotel must have taken into account the reviews that stated knives were kept in low down drawers. They had installed a knife rack up high in the kitchenette so my toddler just played with the recycling bins rather than the knives.
- not too noisy. Some family hotels have loud music playing all day. This wasn't the case. There was the odd loud aqua aerobics class but it wasn't long and the music was very fun.
We would recommend it to friends.

We are not ones for a big establishment but found Seth55 was relaxing with a personal feel. Our room faced onto a bank of bush with birds, loved it. Quiet hotel with friendly staff who keep it so clean and smart. The 60m salt pool was fantastic for a keen lap swimmer. Plenty of choice at breakfast. We would love to return.

The room was large & comfortable, and they provided water, beach/pool towels, amenities...our room was on a corner so we had plenty of light, and the whole property is beautiful. The pool was incredibly beautiful and refreshing...if it had had a little shade I would have stayed in all day! But plenty of sun loungers and umbrellas. The honor bar is a great option and reasonably priced. Breakfast was abundant, varied, and exceptionally good quality, with a lot of local specialities.

Amazing big pool with beautiful views, great breakfast with plenty of fresh produce on offer I.e fruits, hams, cheeses, pastries, cakes, eggs, juice etc all local and fresh produce. Very nice dinner in a lovely setting, staff very helpful, room is clean and modern, location is good close to the local town of Migjorn which has a great restaurant can na Pilar to definitely experience and you can walk to town easily in less than 20 minutes. Also great walk from hotel to the caves and the beach of Binigaus and Santo Tomas which are both beautiful.
This hotel is calm and serene. It's in the middle of nowhere in the best way possible. The hike down to the cave and beach takes about 1 hour but is well worth it. The town is about a 15 minute walk but it's lovely to just sit by the pool and look at the view. The rooms are not huge but they have everything you need, good A/C and modern spacious bathroom and comfy beds. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful and the restaurant is excellent.
the location of the hotel was great, with the caves and beach at Binigaus a nice walk away. the pool side and eating area are very pretty and the hotel environment outside is extremely relaxing. the room was comfortable and spotless, I stayed in the hotel building, would probably opt for an outside room next time. the staff are great and extremely well trained, nothing is too much of a problem. the food at the restaurant was nice
Comfortable, clean, stylish. Utterly charming host who was so helpful and kind. Fresh orange juice each morning! The hotel is one of only 5 in Menorca designated by UNESCO as meeting its ecological standards. Es Migjorn Gran is a very small, quiet town but within close driving distance to beautiful beaches and restaurants. Also features a lovely walking path down to the south coast and ancient caves.
The property is amazing, well maintained and set in a quiet location which is great to visit the island.
The pool area and the gardens are very beautiful and relaxing.
The rooms are big, comfortable and clean- bathrooms are equipped with shower and tub.
Towels for the pool are provided by the hotel.
There is a self service bar for quick drinks which is always open.
We moved rooms to one of the suites by pool - the value of this top rated room was exceptional. Lovely pool, very nice presented property. Breakfast was good and GF well catered for. They should have advertised better what was on breakfast menu - Bacon is available ! Staff were all delightful and very helpful. Very quiet hotel - don't bring anything noisy here !
Wonderful! We really liked it. The hotel is very small, just 4 rooms in the middle of a small village. Lots of restaurants and a free parking near it. The room was soo cozy and well furnished, a small terrace with a nice view and super comfy bed. Super clean and quiet. The breakfast a la carte is really good and homemade with local products. 100% recommended!
This is a small hotel with an excellent restaurant and large swimming pool. The staff and service were excellent and we enjoyed our 2 night stay here very much. There is a nice 45 minute hour walk from the hotel through forest and a valley to Binigaus beach from which you can walk to Sant Tomas with a selection of beach cafes.
