We booked the most attractive room of this hotel, at the 3rd floor, with a large terrace and a small pool. I can say that this was one of the very best hotel stays of my not even short life, also compared to most 4* hotels. This room is really singular - the view great, the hotel situatef ideally between the train station, the beach and the historical center, all within a couple of minutes walking distance.

Beautiful hotel with quiet gardens and courtyards - no sounds but the tinkling of the fountains.
Convenient location with a whole dining/entertainment area just a couple of blocks away.

Fabulous location right in the old town so easy access to all points of interest. From top floor balcony room (massive balcony) great view of the cathedral. Very helpful staff who gave directions on how to access hotel, drop luggage and find car park (5 minute walk) though did have to request these. Also tips on local restaurants. Room compact but well equipped with (coffee/tea) kettle, fridge, safe and quality towels

Normally good value, but during the Feria de Caballo in Jerez it was quite expensive. Still, glad to have accommodation, and I always like staying at Chaikana, it's a great location!
