The staff at the hotel are incredibly friendly and efficient, including the cleaning staff. Always smiling, pleasant, polite, and obliging. Eli, Sam, and the rest of the team truly bring character to this boutique hotel. We had a fabulous stay.
The breakfast each day was delicious and generously portioned. The coffee is excellent. Drinks outside of the complimentary breakfast are affordable.
The hotel has been recently renovated, maintaining its traditional style. It reminds me of a 'Soho House' building. The furniture is trendy, and the bedrooms feature a mid-century style and color palette. The linens are clean, and the shower is excellent - large with great water pressure. They supply large shampoo and body wash bottles, a good quality hair dryer, and plenty of hangers in the wardrobe.
The location is perfect, literally a two-minute walk to the famous Pine Walk/sea front and all of the restaurants in Puerto Pollença. The square is lovely and quiet for most of the day, with a great atmosphere in the evening because of the restaurants. There's a playground opposite the hotel, and the square in front of the church is large enough for children to play while you dine.
The weekly market is on Wednesday and right outside the hotel, which is a great activity in any weather.

Location was perfect, with beach terrace and bar. Option for bed and breakfast also perfect . I had the choice of eating dinner at the hotel for a very good value menu option or going out to sample the alternatives.

Lovely wee hotel. Great location, bike storage, bar, breakfast was nice. Near to the shops and beach. Rooms were nice with great big balcony. Small swimming pool we haven’t had a time to use. Over all great and ticked all the boxes for us cyclists.
Son Brull Hotel and Spa offers 1 swimming pool, outdoor heated one. The second one is now a spa water circuit. The hotel offers also a tennis court and free bicycle rental.

The location and the setting of Son Brull were fantastic. The view from the pool over the vineyard, the atmosphere of the restaurant, the main building and courtyard - were all beautiful. The food was great, and the service was relaxed but attentive. The staff were great, and nothing was too much to help.

Excellent location but ...... above Basico beef bbq restaurant. So if you are vegetarian or vegan do not stay here, meat BBQ smell lunch time and all evening .

Stayed in Gotmar area, a 15 - 20 minute walk to the big Euroski supermarket, and 30 minute walk along the seafront into the centre of Peurto Pollensa, may not suit all, but you can easily get a bus, or taxi in. Very quiet area nearly all private residential villas and apartments

Great location for a chill out holiday.
Great location for a chill out holiday. Very family friendly. Lovely beaches, great area for cycling for everyone, nice walks and good public transport. Lots of great places to eat e.g., Los Faroles, Corb Mari, Torre Playa, C'an Panxo. Finally try a cocktail as the sun goes down at Hotel Illa D'Or.
