The location (between a park and the sea - very close to both) and price were great. The room was clean and the personnel was helpful - she spoke English well, rare for Guardamar.

Lovely property we personally did not use it to its full potential. Outside pool was lovely. Bar was clean reasonably priced and bar food menu was lovely that we had.

The staff were very helpful and friendly. Nothing too much trouble for any of them. Very good freshly cooked breakfast every morning and coffee/tea available throughout the day at a good price. Excellent location in centre of town. English channels on TV was a bonus
