The whole place was beautiful! Beachy and cozy vibes only, the room was tidy and smelled clean, well equiped with towels, blankets, air condicioning and etc. The employers were sweet, and so so so nice, everyone was great!

there are entertainment in the hotel, like kareoke in the bar and dance night however they do not advertise it.
there is a good size balcony to dry wet clothes which made my life much easier.

There were plenty of places to eat and have coffee, the back streets were a bit rough looking but the promenade along the front was lovely.
The food was not very cheap but not too expensive either if you chose carefully where you eat.
All the staff at the coffee bars were friendly and not too pushy especially the 'Salsa' bar which had an hours free salsa dancing lessons on Saturday.
It was only a 20 minute bus ride into Palma (on the express bus) and only 2 euros. The buses seemed to run quite late. Palma is a beautiful town but I'm glad we stayed out at El Arenal which had all the facilities but was a little quieter.
I can imaging the beach in the warmer weather would be really nice.

The area around the hotel compared to nearby areas were not as clean and friendly. Of an evening you are constantly hounding with drugs sales and men walking alone are handed leaflets for a nearby brothel. In my personal experience i couldnt go back to this location because of this.

All inclusive terrible as was not worth it , line to get water was impossible in the evening only one bar open they should have water and soft drinks on the side I am non drinker and wait for water 30 min it’s a no no , I was buying drinks and coffee in local shops , food was really bad too I never had as bad experience like this one

El arenal is probably the worst part of spain I’ve been. There is litter and lucky lucky men everywhere. You are bothered in bars and restaurants. It seems more of a location for youngsters partying. If you like architecture and history and quiet relaxing holidays do not come here.
I’m 35 and I could not cope with it. Also seems like a same sex couple destination, a lot of Dutch people at the location.

Nice area.
Nice area. Delighted with the length of the promenade as we hired bikes & cycled the 11 kms to Palma. Hope to return at some point. Enjoyed the local tapis bars & restaurants. Beaches were clean & easily accessed.

Arenal is a busy party town, though you can be party free that noone bothers you.
There will be plenty of Germans and Dutch but English and Spanish are also used, though some places there was no Spanish speaking.
Arenal is in a convenient location with sandy beach and clear waters. Close to the airport which makes it nice if you don't have many days to stay and want to reduce travel time.
There are plenty of amenities around or bus to go to other towns. Plenty of water activities there and most of hotels have swimming pools.
It can be quite busy on the weekend
Only comment with the new all inclusive policy, no problem with the reduced number of drinks, ( a good idea) but only available at meal times? only beer or wine available,which wasn't clear at booking. Didn't effect our holiday as I don't drink alcohol, my husband would have liked to have the drink he wanted at the time he wanted it but happy with only 3. Some very disappointed customers who hadn't read the small print at all !
A really nice friendly hotel, food & location was good.
For a 3-star hotel it was quite nice. Beautiful outside area with pool and night bar overlooking a terrace and the pool. Night entertainment until 11 pm, so by midnight normally there's silence, at least before the high season (it was mid-May). Personnel is great, patient, always smiling, so friendly and helpful! Great position if one is with the car, easy parking (two free public parking lots very close by) and close to the highway to explore the island.
The hotel holds very good quality for providing services for customers. There is a good possibility to get 4 stars, but the comfortability of accomodation is necessary need to be introduced. Especially hair dryers and better beds. All the staff very very friendly, nice and very informative and helpful. Dining at a professional level, always very clean tables and tablecloths. Special thanks goes to the tall, thin chef who is a master of his art.
I found this place a nice place to stay,great value for the money and great location.
Breakfast and dinner had many options to choose from and the staff,especially Jion and Juan,were very professional helpful and friendly.

Experience with hotel was better than i expected. Big rooms, clean, good breakfast, ok pool, rooms were quiet for El Arenal.
I was stuck in the middle of island in the night and staff helped me to get a taxi to get back to hotel. Thank you! Will stay again!
What I really like about this hotel was the location. it is in a pretty nice area really close to the beach, restaurants, clubs, shops, etc. it has a really nice pool area with a lot of space to take the sun and also the breakfast is really good!
Responsive staff helps you with the questions of any kind. Location is very closed to different beach locations in El Arenal and outside (especially Calo Fort). You can rent the vehicles at the front desk which is really convenient.
its close to the beach, has a good key system, pretty private and a much smaller hotel compared to ones close by which is a good thing if you dont like drunk germans keeping you up partying at 3am. hahaha got love for my germans ❤️

Location of the hotel is very good. 10 minutes walking from the beach and there are different shops and supermarkets around the hotel. The Staff are very friendly. The room we got was on the 10th floor with amazing sea view.
