The room we had was on the ground floor which was easy for my wife with some limited mobility. A big, neat, tidy room. Wifi was good. On site secure parking was good. Beds were comfy. The lounge area of the hotel was clean and spacious. A lovely pool area outside which we did not use and may have been closed by now but looked lovely. All the staff were courteous and welcoming.
