Charming owners. Centrally located next door to a friendly locals bar. Sadly, the hotel is dated and tired and in need of refurbishment. As the property is so old and full of character would imagine that the costs of updating would be astronomical. Did not eat in the restaurant but when we returned to the hotel the restaurant was busy and food looked good.
Really nice B&B in a quiet zone of Cunit. A lot of parking on the road and any noise during the night.
The house is well distributed and the outdoor spaces are perfectly utilized. We did not use the swimming pool because of time constraints but it was very tempting. The guests were helpful and very kind. Excellent and plentiful breakfast
Close to train station and beach, in the center of old Cunit. House is comfortable and big, we especially likes barbecue, my son was delighted to prepare lunch for us :) Also, has various facilities in kitchen. Our host was very kind and help us with all the things that we needed. I would recommend this house for family vacation:)
The location is perfect - about 5 minutes away from the beach.
The beach itself is good: sandy, neither swallow nor deep.
Both beds are comfortable but there was a faint smell of old age in the main bedroom.

In general, it's an excellent option for economic living. Just to be ready for small issues.
The hotel staff was super friendly and helpful. The rooms were a good size and comfortable. It was a nice to get a new large bottle of mineral water every day left in your room. The buffet breakfast was great! The location is perfect! We also liked the free parking :)
Very nice hotel, well located. Excellent facilities, very clean, comfortable. Spacious room, plenty of towels, 6 foot bed, good shower. Nice restaurant with good food and very friendly, happy staff. Very nice breakfast and all sensibly priced.

The food is delicious. I traveled with my medium/large dog and she was allowed to rest under the table during meals :) Very homely atmosphere. On the day of departure we left at 5am and found the landing light open and a huge sandwich for the trip. Gracias!
Great location in the center of Cunit, near restaurants, supermarkets and the beach. Very well maintened apartment, complete with everything you could need for a long stay. Hostess, Elisa, is wonderful.
