This hotel is amazing. We were blown away when we first arrived. The architecture, the interior design, the feel of the place, the friendly welcome and helpfulness of the staff was all just great. The hotel only has 8 rooms and given the size of it and of the gardens it quite often felt like we were the only people there, it felt like we were in a house rather than a hotel, which having spoken to Pilar is the ethos of the place.
It felt like we were in a house in a 1970’s James Bond movie.
The hotel is a few minutes walk from the centre but feels like an Oasis. The pool is lovely, both during the day and night.

The hotel and grounds including the pool were lovely. The lady on reception overnight was very helpful both on the welcome and helping with a cable for my phone.

the staff warned me that at 12 at night I had to be in the tent and be quiet. I was with my husband and 4 children and we had two tents. we were supposed to spend 8 nights from Saturday to the following Sunday. on Monday I received a warning that if we are not quieter than we are, they will block 300 euros on my credit card and I was watching a movie in the tent after 12 at night and once I got louder because it was a comedy.🙈 I was under stress all week so as not to pay extra costs . On Friday, a lot of families came with children who ran until 3 a.m. and the parents had fun in front of the tents. So the stress was probably unnecessary, but it upset me so much that they ruined my vacation, which I couldn't afford anymore, that I calmed down the whole family and returned home a day early. My worst vacation. And it could have been really good because the place is great

There is little in crevelent so you would probably come for business or in my case, to visit a friend. But, apart from the poor traffic infrastructure (which drove me mad) I did find a bit of night life in Placa de Valenciana. Happy days. I did find it difficult to find somewhere to eat but soon remembered that the Spanish tend to eat later so places tend to open later.

You do not have to leave the site if you do not want to with restaurants, supermarket etc on site. Kids club is great and the pool areas are what you would expect at a five star hotel. The cabins have everything you need in them and I prefer the Tahitti end of the resort as it is quieter but still only a short stroll to the square.

I only stayed here beause of its central location near the places I wanted to visit. It's the first and only town I've visited in Spain that actually didn't feel Spanish! There are more foreign restaurants I think than local ones, which reflects a large percentage of the population there.
I didn't have any problems there, I just can't think of anything positive to say about the place!
I arrived at the hotel way past midnight and the manager checked me in without any complaints. Whenever the manager would go out and leave the reception unattended, he would slide translated messages under my door with very clear and specific instructions on what I should do if I wish to roam around. He even put in the extra effort to translate them into my native language since I didn't speak any Spanish. Very polite and friendly staff.
Room and house were absolutely clean. Renovated two years ago so everything is new.
We went to Crevillente for a wedding and had to take our dog with us. Sofía, the owner, took care of him so we could enjoy the event.
