We loved the waterpark, even though in May it's still a bit cold and it was closed on Monday. The beds were really big and quite comfy. There are a lot of activities and swimming pools for kids.

Everything really. Very comfortable, clean and bright. The children loved both the kids’ pool, with the pirate theme and water slides and the large pool too. They also enjoyed the Mini Disco.

It was mainly visited by Spaniards, which I liked, that´s why the food was that way, too. The rooms were good, so was the pool and the entertainment for those who took part in it. There is barely anything around the hotel. The village is kind of "artificial". That makes it quiet and interesting for golfers, because they have quiet some choices there.

Hotel is very clean, laid out well, and a great value for the money. Location would be perfect for holiday/ vacation travel, especially if you golf. Is also only about 10 minutes to downtown Rota.
Location is very limited for restaurant options. Breakfast buffet is very nice and reasonably priced (I got mine as a part of my room charge). Lunch and Dinner are pricey for the buffet. They do have a Bar/ Lounge option for food as well.
They now charge for parking- there are spaces on the street but not a lot over the weekends.
They do not have an iron or ironing board.
We stayed a week and with a small children, lovely place to go with children, hotel organizations is for families, so all activities are organized for small children. Staff very friendly and welcoming, food very good and varied all through the week. If you Don't like something to eat there are different options. Recommend the water park with slides, clean and many life guards for every pool or slides, i could relax and enjoy and did not have any worries about my child drowning. Good service at the water park bar/cafetaria.
The pool and facilities for the kids were awesome. The mini-club for the kids and the animation like the aqua gym were definitely really good. We were upgraded to a bigger room at the check-in and they were kind enough to move also other family members, who booked their room independently, close to us, so our rooms could be one next to each other. I would like to thank the hotel staff because they left a bottle of sparkling wine in the fridge the day of my birthday as a surprise. Very nice!!!! Thanks!!!!
When booking my room, I didn’t realize how big it would be, which suitable for family with kids. Anyways, enjoyed there tremendously as it had beautiful and spacious terrace overlooking pool area, where you can sun bath. The bathroom was another star of this place as it had beautiful tiles and spacious tube. Pool was clean and has jacuzzi and very affordable bar. Overall, it’s perfect getaway for families or group of friends, and it also has all inclusive options with buffet restaurant.
The resort overall was great! The price ended up being $120 more than what I was supposed to pay per the booking site (which was very irritating). After we finally got checked in and got over 2 hurdles it was fantastic. The staff at the restaurant was the best. The food was good and everyone that spoke was friendly. The swimming pool and spa was amazing.
I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a peaceful and relaxing getaway in a beautiful beach location. With its luxurious accommodations, attentive staff, and tranquil atmosphere, it is the perfect destination for anyone looking to escape the hustle and bustle of the city and enjoy a peaceful and rejuvenating vacation.
Parking wasn't a problem at this time of year. The hotel was very close to the beach. Very attentive staff in the restaurant. Hotel room was very clean. Tea and coffee in the room was a bonus, as were pool towels.Attractive gardens and outdoor pools.
Lovely hotel with secure parking for our motorbike. Good sized room with balcony and sea views. Plentiful breakfast selection, although we didn't use the restaurant for evening meal, we did use the pool side snack bar which was very good.
Our 2nd stay here. Everything literally has been improved, hotel facilities, food, attractions in just 2 months difference.
Looking forward to returning again, hopefully for a longer period.

Great selection of food in the all inclusive. Waterpark was good fun and safe to use. Nice park at the back of the hotel, good for taking kids for a walk. Beach pretty close too.
Staff very good professional and helpful, room was nice breakfest good. Dinner Buffet could have been more spanish oriented as it was only fair over all.
