Located in the middle of the town and attending the town Whistle and tabour festival, the position was perfect. Enjoyed having breakfast in the hotel cafe and bar, and everything was a little old-fashioned, just as we expected and enjoyed.

This is a lovely spa hotel of exactly the right size, big enough that it has all the amenities you expect and want, small enough for it to be cozy and personable. The original building has been done up with a lot of love and care, the new parts are stylish and comfortable. The rooms are big and comfortable, I loved the walk in-wardrobe! The spa facilities and the outside pool area are lovely and never felt crowded. There is a great choice of additional treatments, we had facials and they were superb. The restaurant is also very nice and complemented the whole experience. However, at walking distance there are various restaurants in the village, so if you want to alternate there is no problem. Last but not least, the entire staff at the hotel are absolutely lovely, attentive and very pleasant. They make you feel very welcome and pampered, they go out of their way to make you comfortable. I messaged them up front about our dietary restrictions, and not only did they prepare and accommodate, they absolutely exceeded our expectations. All in all a wonderful experience, we will definitely repeat!

Quim and Evi were of genuine kindness, very welcoming, friendly and hospitable. We do not speak any Spanish, so communicating was a bit difficult, but we always managed to get somehow understood and the service was great. The breakfast was amazing, containing fresh quality products only. It would be useful to put English or French translations of the names of the products on a list, though, as we did not always know what we were eating ;-) but that was not a problem, rather an exciting culinary discovery. Spa facilities looked really nice but would have necessitated some time for heating. I would have loved to have a dip into to the pool, but it was too cold which is a pity. But it is true we did our booking in the last minute, and for February, so I can understand this. For spring/summer season, I think it woud be great if your spa facilities could be included in the room price instead of costing extra - that would be good value for money for your clients. Thank you for everything, Quim and Evi - we wish you every success in your business.
