Amazing location. We took the bus from Mahon and the station is only 2 min away from the hotel. Walking distance to the bus station to the calas and really close to all the restaurants. Super clean and comfortable! They offer a €4 breakfast too. The staff was helpful and super friendly and it’s reasonable priced. I’d definitely be staying here again!

The hotel is exceptional. I was highly impressed by the room. From its decor and simple modern look to the balcony our room had. The hotel's location was perfect. It's at the edge of the city so the noise is a bit lower but everything is within walking distance. Coffee is provided every morning and the front desk is super helpful. The view from the rooftop terrace is amazing. It's worth having a late picnic while watching the sunset.

Absolutely beautiful hotel with lots of photo opportunities and gorgeous decor throughout. Our room was super comfortable with a king bed and outdoor terrace for an evening drink. It was exceptionally clean and had everything we needed. The bed was comfy, the shower was strong and hot, and everything worked well.
The hotel is in a great location, the breakfast buffet is delicious and the staff are friendly & helpful. 10/10!

I loved the location. It's in walking distance to all historic sites I wanted to visit and 5 minutes to the bus stop. The room itself was spacious and comfortable.

Diego, the owner, truly went above and beyond to provide excellent hospitality. Each day, he suggested several different beaches to visit and other scenic spots to check out along the way. Since I was new to Menorca and traveling by myself, I especially appreciated the advice. He was easy to reach by text message and seemed to make it his personal mission that his guests have a wonderful time.
On my last morning there, I went to get my rental car, and due to flash floods, muddy water was halfway up the tires of the car, the car had mud inside up to dashboard level, and another car had floated into the front, blocking my exit. I had about an hour before I had to leave for the airport, or I would miss my flight and begin an expensive cascade of disasters that would ruin my vacation. Since the flooding had affected the entire area, demand for tow trucks was high, and the rental car company was insisting that I wait in person to turn over the keys.
Diego called them on my behalf and convinced them to allow me to leave the keys in the hotel office, printed out a claim form for me, gathered instructions on how I could get reimbursed for the cab I would need to get to get to the airport on time, and called a cab driver he knew, who showed up promptly. Thanks to Diego's persistent advocacy on my behalf, well above and beyond the call of duty, I made my flight and got reimbursement for the cab fare within a day or two. I will never forget how helpful he was. Having had a lovely time in Menorca, I was already planning to recommend the hotel, but this level of customer service has earned my enthusiastic loyalty for life.
Basically, the owner of the hotel is a naturally friendly and helpful person who truly wants guests to enjoy themselves, and the hotel itself is in a perfect location for exploring Ciutadella and the beaches on the north and west.

We loved Ciutadella.
We loved Ciutadella. It's a beautiful historic town, full of elegant buildings, outdoor cafes and restaurants, nice shops, easy to get around. It has an interesting culture, and an authentic, lively atmosphere. It's also just a short drive from some beautiful, more remote beaches on the north coast, such as Cala d'Algaiarens and Cala Pilar.

We visited Ciutadella in an off season, which meant a calm city with little amount of tourists. Since it was still winter season many restaurants were not open unfortunately and the water temperature was a bit cold. Overall it is a nice little city to spend a week and rest.

Ciutadella is a good option for anyone wanting a quiet and easy holiday. Admittedly there isn't a lot to do here but swim and eat, but that's what makes it the perfect place to just switch off and rest.
Getting to the famous beaches is so easy, there are buses available from the town square that are designated to each beach and have no other stops - I highly recommend pre-booking your return trip though as the buses can only seat like 30 people.
The streets are beautiful to walk along, and the food is amazing almost anywhere you go.

The problem was that we thought we,d booked in Cuitadella but the apartment was actually in Cala en Blanes. Cuitadella is 20 mins bus trip and is beautiful. Cala en Blanes is for families not travelling anywhere. Plenty for kids. Run down now.

Ciutadella is a very attractive and very old city. It's easy to do a self guided walking tour in order to see everything. There are some excellent restaurants, the best of which was Pinzell in the main square.

So lovely and wish I could have spent more time there but we were there during a heat wave and couldn't bear walking around too much in the day time. However, it has tons of great restaurants, bars and boutique shops.
The hotel is located on a lovely, quiet street just a 30 second walk from the main streets of Ciuitidella and is an ideal base to explore Menorca from.
The hotel itself is decorated really well and the facilities in the rooms are great. The bed is super comfy and there are lovely little touches to the room which make it feel very homely.
Alyssa and Alvaro provided a really warm welcome, lots of great recommendations and couldn’t have been more accommodating. I can’t recommend this hotel highly enough!
(I have to say that I was given a better room than the one i had reserved, so probably the normal price would have been higher.)

Beautifully decorated, very clean and well equipped with everything you need including snorkels and parasol for the beach! Fernando was very friendly and always available to help. The hotel is just a short walk from the centre and we loved that we received a document to our phone which detailed all the best bars, restaurants and beaches in Menorca ! Our neighbours upstairs were very loud walking around all the time but this is not a fault of the hotel.
Prior to my arrival to the property, I had some internet/comms issues that prevented me from timely communication. I also did not know the exact time of my arrival. Fortunately, Miquel was very understanding and accommodating.
The property is well managed and designed with environment/sustainability in mind. Rooms are clean and spacious. Location is fantastic. The property feels more like a home than a hotel, which was definitely to our liking.
What a wonderful stay. Those 3 nights were magical, we couldn't ask for more. The hotel is tastefully decorated, the room are large and contain all amenities. The staff is very attentive and thoughtful , it was our 5 wedding anniversary and they offered us a bottle of cava :). The breakfast is wonderful; lots of choices ( healthy ones as well ) and delicious.

Amazing stay, gorgeous hotel, so clean, brilliant staff and perfect location, right next to the beach. 2 pools, one for kids and one for adults, the food is great but you have to book for all restaurants (in the hotel, Sa Caleta and Ciutadella) in advance which we didn’t know, otherwise you get caught out and have to eat at the hotel every night.
Super clean, spotless. Pool was lovely, plenty of sun beds and Bali beds (free to use). Good fresh breakfast. Location close to a lovely little cala and close enough to Ciutadella (€8 taxi). Staff super friendly. Plenty of free parking around the hotel and we went in high season (start of September)

Location is perfect to stay in Ciutadella. Close to the main street, close to the restaurants and to the bus station in case you are travelling by bus. There are a lot of parking spots near the hotel.
The staff was superb. Always kind, gentle and available to help/support the customer.
