Service we received by some of the staff fell well below that which we had received at Paradors previously.
Menus very much on the small side and not clear . Very dissappointing stay we had better service at one star hotels we stayed in on this trip.

After a little confusion contacting the owner when we first arrived, he was very helpful. The rooms were very nice, clean and comfortable. Bathrooms were fine with plenty of hot water. The hotel is on the edge of the town centre, which is surprisingly old and picturesque. Several bars and places to eat, even in mid-October. Breakfast was served in the attached cafe.
The hotel is very near from the center of the city (100m). Even if the hotel is on the side of the road, the rooms are on the other side of the building so there is no noise in the room.
