We will try to book a little earlier next time to get the top bungalow that hopefully has a bigger bathroom and is closer to the pool, but that's just to improve things. Everything was great, bar, restaurent, pool, lake, staff, little shop. Bungalow was great, aircon was awesome, little kitchenette perfect. We're British and we drink instant coffee so had too use a pan to boil water because you don't have kettles, but that's ok! So its all good.

The location was absolutely stunning. Extremely peaceful. The host Litrik was great, he was around when we needed help but also left us to enjoy our holiday in peace. It was a lovely example of off grid living.

If you like fishing you will love it here try the fishing shop on the main road on the way in for all your supplies. It’s by far the best shop in caspe, there are a few hotels after staying at all I can recommend that you stay at the visit hotel as it’s the nicest reasonably priced hotel in the area but if I’m honest you’re probably better off staying in Alcañiz just 28km away as it’s actually closer to lake caspe and has more than 4 other good fishing spots also a lot of beautiful waterfalls around Teruel. Hotels and food are also better quality for lesser prices.
We were stranded in Caspe and needed an overnight stay. We were well received and a chilled beer was ready for us in the cafe. We forgot an inflatable pillow in our room, and the kind host kept it till we got the opportunity to fetch it. Okay breakfast (not included) and coffee! on the spot. To be recommended.
the hotel is quite old, and hasn't been renewed for decades but it was very clean, everything worked and staff was very helpful and trouble-less
