Dalila ñ, the receptionist is a top notch professional and will make you feel welcome and will go above and beyond to make sure your stay is 5 stars! Hans is also great, Alina, and Marta make great coffee for you and are super attentive and kind. This place is a gem! Highly recommended!

The breakfast was amazing. So many options and the food was very good. The location was great. Only a two minute walk to the beach and plenty of little shops around was awesome. The room was also very nice with plenty of space. The wristband room keys were very cool and convenient. We never had to worry about forgetting our room key.

Breakfast was great (glad that there was smoked turkey alternate to bacon, since I don't eat pork). Room was spacious and clean. The water pressure in the shower was great, and it was great that there were shampoo and body gel and lotion, all of which were of great quality. Staff was always helpful and welcoming. Location is pretty decent, close to the Cala Major beach and not far from downtown Palma.

This is a good area; not the best but still very acceptable. Palma is 45 minutes walk one way, and the outstanding Puerto Portals 35 minutes walk the other way. There is a great paved walkway in both directions. Not so much infrastructure in terms of quality entertainment in the close proximity, but the hotel is so good that you don't really have to leave!
I had an amazing week at Zhero Hotel. The hotel is cool, clean, modern, comfortable and fantastic value for money. The pool area is gorgeous and has a cool vibe with great music. All of the staff were amazing during our stay and helped us with anything that we needed especially Hansi and Michael who were so kind. I don't usually like to go back to the same places or hotels a lot but I will definitely be returning to Zhero Hotel after such a fantastic experience.
Location is excellent, right on top of the coast, beautiful views to relax and waste time with a drink of your choice.
20 mins from main airport, and 20 mins from Palma for a opportunity to sight see or shop.

I recently stayed at Hsopes Maricel and overall, I had a wonderful experience. The hotel itself is beautifully maintained, with modern amenities and stylish decor. My room was spacious, impeccably clean, and offered stunning view from the pool and hotel reception.
The pool area is great and has nice music. I spend one day at the beach club nearby but the hotel's pool area was better than that. The breakfast was ok. The room was nicely decorated, clean and had a balcony as well. A hip hotel with a
