Great location. Friendly staff. Breakfast starts late (8am) so we bought some breakfast at the supermarket. Great place if you’re planning to hike the Ruta del Cares. Las Arenas is a nice village.

Good size room, with excellent shower, recently renovated with quality clean layout and the type of rainforest shower head that makes the end of a long trek all the more enjoyable. Parking off the seasonally busy roadway where parking is a premium is a great bonus.

Everything except the noise from the road and other guests
Everything! The owner was attentive and made sure the apartment had everything we could possibly need. We particularly loved some details, like the air freshener and full kitchen supplies.
Carreña, the village, was another great surprise. Picturesque and embedded in the mountains, offers nice walks, a few restaurants and shops and is a great starting point for a number of trips.
