We were traveling together with another couple , one of them handicap and yet we were placed in rooms far from each other in opposite sides of the hotel. the front desk person claimed that they had no more rooms available but it was a regular Monday and we did not see many other guests in the hotel . To make things even worse, the sink in my room was clogged and the staff was not able to unclogg it so we were not able to use the sink . Management never apologized or even offer a rate reduction for the inconvenience . Because of all this, we were not able to enjoy the hotel.

What a wonderful and tranquil place! We enjoyed every minute at Finca Valdobar. Everything is walking distance from the place. Felix was so friendly. He offered recommendations to visit nearby wineries, places not to be missed, and restaurants that served delicious food. If you would like a place to relax and visit nearby wineries, this is the place for you. Will return soon!

Spacious Apartment with very good air-conditioning. There was a washer and drier in basement. Note: washer took almost 2 hours and drier about 45 minutes. Check-out time was 11:00 am
